I am charming, easily amused, and effervescent.

My Self-Summary

I'm easily amused. I like van Gogh. I hate people who pull out in front of me when there's nothing behind me for miles. I like to cuss just a little too much sometimes. I'm a fan of rum, all kinds. I'm addicted to Cherry Coke Zero, ebay, Craigslist and adult swim. I am very indecisive and it irritates even me. I'm a packrat. I can kick anyone's ass at Ms. Pacman or Super Mario Kart...but only for Super Nintendo. I eat meat medium rare because I'm a dinosaur. I just moved to St. Louis from Texas and I miss my mom, my brother and my dog.

What I’m doing with my life

I finally got my Masters degree, hooray for me!

I’m really good at

Cackling, procrastinating, having road rage, eating candy for breakfast, buying seasonal towels and paper plates, buying books I probably won't read, embarrassing the cat

The first things people usually notice about me

Green eyes, big silly grin, slight twang

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: Middlesex is a great book if you don't mind huge thick dictionary sized books. I like Chuck Palahniuk and I can't decide if I'm ashamed of that or not. His books are a good read, but the endings are very consistently unsatisfying. I recently discovered Christopher Moore. His books are amusing and I totally have to give props to someone who can write a book about Jesus's best friend that makes me feel slightly blasphemous while reading it since I usually can't be bothered by feelings of blasphemy. Million Little Pieces was fantastic. Running With Scissors rocked. My love for Tom Robbins continues to grow as well as Kurt Vonnegut. Just started reading American Gods by Neil Gaiman, despite how great it is, I can't seem to finish it. I don't read as much as I should, for fun or for homework.
Movies: I love zombie and horror movies! Some non-zombie favorites include Being John Malchovich, American Psycho, American Beauty...I will shamefully watch The Planet of the Apes and The Goonies whenever they come on t.v.

The six things I could never do without

Laughter, good friends, family, chapstick, books, t.v.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Anything and everything. My mind is usually racing about a million thoughts a minute.

On a typical Friday night I am

At work making lists of reasons why I hate my job/customers. Boo.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I can't peel my eyes away from trashy reality t.v.
