Well hello there, I'm Rebecca but free feel to call me Becca. That's a start isn't it? I'm not very good at writing stuff about myself. I usually just ask my friends what I'm like and put bits of information together but there is no one around at the moment so I am going to have to think for myself. Hang on tight, this could be dangerous!

I currently live in Central London, near lots of shoe shops. This is a wonderful thing for my feet but not my money. When I grow up, I would like to be hopelessly funny. Failing that I'd love a job where I can help people and make a difference.

Overall, I am an in control passionate cheeky melodramatic spontaneous cocktail drinking open minded caring dreamer who likes to laugh, enjoy life, bake cakes, listen to the shipping forecast, plant flowers, use Aer Lingus, listen to Radio 4, learn new things and shout out inappropriate things in public places. I like to laugh a lot. Mostly at the wrong time and over things that make no sense to anyone.

And finally...

When put in a nervous/scary/worryingly intimate situation I laugh.

Being left handed means I am magical.

I am currently studying Psychology with the Open University. This just means I spend my days locked away in dark rooms attempting to understand why people do what they do and most importantly working out why Freud wanted to sleep with his mother because everyone wants to know that...right?

Another thing I am doing with my life at the moment is taking it to Ireland quite a bit.

I think modesty prevents me from really answering this question! However, I really pride myself on being a good friend and an all round good person to everyone I meet. I am there for everyone, no matter when they need me or what they need me for.

My laugh/voice. I am generally heard before I am seen. Looks wise I think people might notice my eyes and smile. Apart from that I think my confidence shines through when I meet people. I always try to smile because you never know who is watching you. Not to mention smiling spreads happiness and that is a wonderful thing to do.

Elegance by Kathleen Tessaro. I have loved all the books I've read over my short life but Elegance is the one book that changed my life once I'd read it. I could read it over and over again and never get tired of it.

I am currently being educated in the world of film, so let's call this list a working one: Everything is Illuminated, History Boys and Secretary. Hmm, Carnival doesn't count as a film because it's a T.V series but it is so completely epic I have to list it down as it is one of my favorite things to watch at the moment. When it comes to films though, I like to be shocked. I love the unexpected.

My taste in music varies so much depending on my mood but generally, it falls into two categories: Happy and relaxing. Happy music is music I can shimmy around my bedroom to and relaxing music is slower, more ambient music which fuels my daydreams.

Ahh, food. The love of my life. Usually I would say my favorite food would be anything that comforts me and makes me feel fuzzy inside. Lately though I have been experimenting with food and new restaurants and this is all rather amazing and eye-opening. At the moment though I would say my favorite food is Japanese.

Good question. I'm not even sure I know my psyche well enough to answer that! I tend to spend my days day dreaming away about everything and anything. Generally though I think about my future a lot, thinking ahead excites me.

Working on essays sadly. If I can escape the cruel mistress that is my university, I like to go and be social and have a good time. Dancing in high heels normally.
