My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Feminist. Yoga teacher. Semi competent hula hooper. Works in fundraising. Likes activism, development, green vegetables and herbal tea. Cliche or so you might say.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm originally from The North and I've been in the south for 8 years- Cambridge and now, London. Used to work in academia but now I'm working in charity fundraising and as a yoga teacher. Much like most people on here, I like to travel and to explore new places- very excited about being new to London! I love music. Gigs and festivals float my boat (think ATP and End of the Road). I like to knit. Food is awesome. I love baking and cooking. I'm trying out the vegan thing so I'm having fun finding new recipes and experimenting with that. I'm trying to grow my own veg but thus far I'm only really any good at producing courgettes. I'm enjoying exploring London but sometimes it's nice to do such stuff with someone else..
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Growing courgettes ... or so it seems.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I look younger than I am. I've been told I have a nice smile but I guess that's subjective.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Too much to list here. Rest assured I read, I like film, and I love music of all sorts. I don't have a TV but with Netflix and iPlayer, who needs one?
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I probably could do without these things but I'd be pretty miserable if I had to:

My bike. Music. Friends. Yoga. Good food, and, er ... my cat (he's brill)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life. Existential crisis you might say.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Varies. In the pub, at a yoga class, cooking feasts for friends, at a gig (music, comedy, literary ...), relaxing at home... It depends really.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm addicted to Eastenders.

If you want to. If you fancy going to gig, gallery or grabbing a pint or going on a bike ride or just to have a wander and chin-wag.

That said, if you're right-wing, homophobic, have strong views on traditional gender-roles/ norms, and you are extremely self-centred, we ain't going to get along.
