My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm ever changing of late. Growing, evolving, becoming the best version of myself day by day. My life is busy and I like to keep it that way. I'd be crawling the walls otherwise without a doubt. I'm a walking contradiction. A home body who can't stand not getting out of the house a few nights a week after work. An Outdoors type who still delights in a nice night on the couch or catching a drink out.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a slave to "the man". Haven't quite managed to the buck the system, and go live out on an island for ever and ever and ever at peace yet. To rip Fight Club, I'm at a very strange time in my life where I'm figuring out myself more and more everyday, and that I'm growing for the better when I manage to fight the chains the post Grad school work life.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making off color and inappropriate comments that you'll either laugh at, get offended over, or simply shake your head at my antics. Either way, I doubt it'll slow me down one bit.

Excel: It's geeky but, when you find things simple that make you look like a genius to everyone else at work, I take some pride in that (Cocky excel skills fo sho).

I'm told my memory is exceptional and a bit scary to people I know. For me it's just normal to remember everything that I do. If I forget details I get frustrated with myself.

I've managed to become quite the cook for me, myself, and I. My slow cooker has become my new best friend in the past year, and might I say it makes for a tasty friend to have.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Beard. How red the beard is. How there is a certain point on my chin where the beard doesn't grow. How curly and puffy the beard may happen to be at times when left in its wild and natural state. Have I mentioned my beard yet?

When I am (and unfortunately so when I am) without my beard, I've been told my eyes can be a bit piercing and eye catching. My eyes do not notice my eyes.

Books
My reading interests are broadening as of late. I'm interested in a lot of reading involving human sociology, personalities and social interaction in general. I'm also interested in historical/documentary sort reads, particularly dealing with societies, groups, the influence of ideas on those groups and the course they've taken. I do also have a few graphic novels and comics hiding on the bookshelf too. At present, I'm in the middle of Robert Greene's 48 laws of power. Feel free to ask what's on deck next on my endless list of what I want to read.

Movies.
Whatever floats my boat that's on Netflix on a particular evening. Between that and all the DVDs I have, I'll undoubtedly find something to watch. There are view few things I'll never get bored of, those being: The Blues Brothers, Ghostbusters, and Fight Club.

TV
House of Cards. If you have not watched it and have Netflix, close OKcupid, open Netflix, and begin the addiction. If you do not have netflix, add an additional step of subscribing to Netflix between closing OKcupid and opening Netflix.

With House of Cards out of the way... there's nothing else I religiously watch. My list of shows to watch is never ending much like my list of books to read. I am now in the process of picking Breaking Bad back up and watching it start to finish.

Music

Easier, and feel free to judge me openly for the amount of Katy Perry on my starred list.

Food.
Thai, Mexican, and Italian. All day. Everyday.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The gym. It's an essential stress reliever and one of the few places that brings me centered and "at peace" with myself.

I'm tight with my family and close group of friends. While they may be frustrating from time to time, I wouldn't trade them out for the world.

I very much need my "me" time and space. I need time to be in my thoughts, where I can decompress a little. Go without it for a little and you'll see me grumpy and unbalanced.

Cigars. I'll pass on your cigarettes, but cigars are one of the vices I rather delight partaking in. If it doesn't float your boat, it's all the more for the taking to float mine

Coffee. A daily essential for my sanity.

And... number 6 can go to hell. I never did like six anyway
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What my next fiendish plot for World Domination might be, and how I might begin to set my plans into motion in the coming days.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Could be crawling downtown Orlando or Winter Park with friends. Could be on my couch with Netflix or on my porch enjoying a cigar. Could be out doing late night grocery shopping to beat the day crowds.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well it's no fun to just admit secrets in public now is it? Ask, you might be surprised the answers you get.

You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you've managed to survive, not only should you message because undoubtedly something's had you interested, but you should also message for your complimentary digital pat on your back for listening to my rambling. Otherwise you should message me if you don't take yourself too seriously and can take a joke/aren't quite so easily offended. You should also message me if you're motivated to head places with your life and are on your own journey of self exploration and improvement. If you loathe complacency as much as I've grown to, I'm sure we'll get along just dandy. You should message if you appreciate taking care of yourself, both in body and mind, both with pleasure and work in your life. Otherwise, if you're simply looking to go on a journey to Candy Mountain and further steal one of my kidneys, you should probably message me too, though I will expect a cut when the kindey sells on the black market.
