I am first and foremost a music fan, then a geek. No point in hiding it!
I am currently studying my honors year in Commercial Music at UWS while working long weekends at a food retail store in the city center. It can be stressful, but hopefully it pays off in the long run! I also play drums in a heavy rock/metal band. Music is a huge passion of mine and Spotify is one of the greatest inventions ever!

Once I have finished up at university I am going to spend 5 weeks in America. After that there are a few options. I have applied for some graduate training schemes which I hope something comes from but my main dream is to work somewhere in the music industry.

Well playing the drums (I hope!). I can be a good cook when the mood suits me as well. I have been trying to teach myself new things recently dabbling in instrumental song writing. I also used to be great at Guitar Hero but since my controllers broke I haven't played it.

Probably either my smile or my beard depending on how long it has been since I last shaved. I usually have some form of facial hair though due to work that may be happening less and less.

Right now I am reading “The Song of Ice and Fire” series. I got all the books for Christmas so when I have time between dissertation and university projects I will be reading through them. My favorite author though is Stephen King and his “Dark Tower” series will always be my top read. I used to be a huge fan of the Anne Rice novels and may come back to them at some point, because of them I would love to visit New Orleans. "House of Leaves" is a fantastic read as well, though challenging.

I am also a comic book fan. I am a huge fan of Robert Kirkman and everything he does. Invincible and The Walking Dead are both absolutely fantastic. Also a Marvel/DC fan though Batman will always be the man.

I have a varied taste in movies also but can never beat a good horror or comedy. Specifically favorites include The Dark Knight trilogy, Star Wars (episodes 4-6 though I might revisit 2 and 3. 1 doesn't exist), Back To The Future, The Princess Bride, The Never-ending Story, V/H/S/, [REC], Anvil, 21 Jump Street. The list could keep going on but just ask me if there is any you want to know I like!

I like a good television show as well. Dexter, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, American Horror Story, Arrested Development, Community, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Wilfred and Homeland are a just a few. Just discovered Supernatural and Parenthood so working through them. Netflix is a God send.

Music is probably my favorite thing in life. I mostly listen to rock music; Biffy Clyro, Coheed and Cambria, Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stoneage, Twin Atlantic, My Chemical Romance. I also like David Bowie, Bright Eyes, Childish Gambino, Christina Perry, Rachel Sermanni, The Wombats, Foo Fighters, Meat Loaf, Refused, The Mars Volta, Rush, Royal Republic. It could go on. Basically mainly rock/metal but varying into some indie, acoustic, hip hop, whatever floats my boat at the time!

I love Mexican food. It is probably the best. That or pizza.

Future career options I guess, getting to that point in life I need to seriously consider a career and where I am going, about music a lot in the sense of where I could take my band. `

Working till 9 pm then most likely heading home for a movie before work the next morning. Weekends are not that interesting!
