Now living in Seattle, I love trying new restaurants and am pretty easy to entertain. I definitely don't take myself too seriously, love to laugh, have been told I have a great sense of humor and am pretty hard to offend. I highly value the family I have and although we no longer live near each other, we remain very close. We travel to see each other for the holidays and for other special events. I am passionate about working to develop myself, to continue to try new things, learn new things and step outside my comfort zone.

Two summers ago I moved out to Seattle from upstate NY after having never been here before or even to the west coast. I essentially sold my house and nearly everything in it and came out here to start a new life. There is a lot to do and only so much time to do it all in and I think that my move out here from New York is helping to push me along. I recently starting to learn to play guitar, something I have wanted to do for a long time. Not sure why it took my traveling nearly 3000 miles to start...

I think that naming just one "most important" trait is too hard, but I am looking for a person that is confident in themselves. A person that is not scared to make a mistake or to take a chance in life. A person who can take the time to "live in the moment" and really be there. A person who can laugh and have fun (even if it's occasionally at themselves).

Working a ton at a great new with a great company. Unfortunately, right now, I'm traveling a ton but it's not a forever situation so I'm good with that. So, when I am back in Seattle, I am taking the time to have a lot of fun!

Life and my next move...

I love Friday night! I love it more than Saturday for the "week has just ended energy". Happy hours around Belltown is where you can find me. Sometimes downtown if I'm out with people from work. Sometimes in Ballard if I'm out with some people I used to work with. Okay, I'll go anywhere as long as it's fun.

Well, according to OkCupid, the best country I should be looking for a date in is Hungary or Bulgaria and if I am to look in the US, I should look in New Hampshire or New Jersey. I'll classify that as inconvenient...
