My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm originally (mostly) from Texas... but I've been here for 5 years... with quite a few stories of crazy living situations and such. I'm not currently in Bushwick with 2 roommates living in what we call "The Zoo" with 3 dogs and 2 cats.

I'm not much of a hipster, but I'm getting there - I'm just too lazy and too cheap to fully embrace the culture. If I had to pick one, I'd say I fall mostly in the category of nerd. I spend most of my time on my phone, but rarely use my phone as an actual phone.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am an Office Manager in the Diamond District of New York City. I have my bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and my Diamond Graduate degree from GIA... I'm thinking about completing my GIA courses to become a Graduate Gemologist, but who knows...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Meeting people randomly at bars... my coworkers are always shocked that I will just start up conversations with complete strangers at bars sometimes...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm Asian...

...because I get this question all the time, I'm half Korean.

(also everyone seems to think I'm taller than I actually am...)

Food:
I'm very picky, so it's easier to say I don't eat vegetables and seafood. I've been much more adventurous since moving to NYC so my favorite cuisine is now Indian! Also, I'm probably the least healthy eater you'll ever meet... and I don't work out.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
This is an ever-changing list...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where are all the baby pigeons (and what do they look like)???

Did the editors actually read Infinite Jest?! I'm skeptical...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging with my pets at home with a bottle of wine...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm really not a private person at all...

You think we might hit it off well as more than just something casual... If you need something to start it off, I have a weird conversation between me and a friend:

Me: If you had to pick between a platypus and a hippopotamus to fight...
Justin: and then fuck...
Me: ...and then fuck... Which would you choose?
