My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Socially conscious nerd who loves weird music. Grew up in a small not-so-well-off mountain town in northern New England. Never felt like I for fit in... yada yada yada.. ran off to southern California, studied math and philosophy at UCI, ended up sticking around Orange County which still manages to have enough fellow weirdos to make life tolerable.

I was quite passionate about my subjects while in school and still thrive on intellectual stimulating, but frankly I probably pushed myself too hard and burnt myself out. For now I'm trying to focus on enjoying life a bit and recharge my batteries for better things to come. I've been getting into music again (which I'm sad to say I neglected for way too long) and love hitting up punk and other types of shows. I've also been filling my intellectual void by following politics, which has been driving me increasingly to the left. It seems our society is finally starting to question some of its core institutions and values that have so far manged to escape serious large scale scrutiny, and I think that is a beautiful thing.

Throughout the years I've come to realize I strongly prefer nonmonogamous relationships (of the ethical variety) and have decided these are the only types of relationships I'm now interested in. I'm looking forward to meeting other like minded types.

Debating, twisting your words into bad puns, listening.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably the long hair, then that I'm a bit of a loud smart ass.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-My books
-My Netbook
-Netflix
-Good beer
-Good drinking buddies
-Intellectual stimulation
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Random philosophical problems.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
This varies widely. I could be out checking out some new bar, watching a movie, or playing Cards Against Humanity with a bunch of friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a mild case of bipolar disorder. Most people don't even notice unless I tell them or they're very close to me. What this amounts to in practice is mostly weird sleep patterns and a tendency to tear up (out of both sadness and joy) a bit more often than the typical emotionally repressed American man. So, if you think this makes me "unmanly" or somehow more "dangerous", please kindly fuck off.
