My self-summary
There is literally everything to say here, but it would be silly to try and write it all out. I pride myself in being interesting and endlessly curious about the world I live in.

I'm trying my very best to spend the time I have on earth living perpetually in a state of awe and wonder.

I like art in any and every form.

If you want to know anything else, just ask.

Literally, ask anything.

Oh, I have a Tumblr; I occasionally ramble about life n' stuff.

What I’m doing with my life
Currently, I'm delivering pizzas and rocking out in my car to save up some money for BONNAROO 2013.

Oh, and I play music on the beach sometimes. Sometimes I get money, but it's usually just for kicks.
I’m really good at
Hooping (Dancing with an LED Hula Hoop, specifically), Playing music (Piano and guitar), Singing, Dancing, Acting, etc.

I've started experimenting with cooking. Not really a recipe guy. I look at what I've got and try to build something tasteful from it. My latest creation was a huge success: combining tilapia and guacamole to create a delicious dip that I've dubbed: Guakalapia. The name needs work, but I promise you, it's really good.
Also, I can make scrambled eggs like a champ.

Oh, and video games. I'm VERY good at video games.
The first things people usually notice about me
My shoes. Every year, I take a used pair of white sneakers and color all over them with sharpies. (There are pictures^)

Why, you ask?
Why not, I reply.

I'm on my third pair now, but they're looking a little worn. I'm about halfway done with the next pair. That's the problem with not having a deadline, it significantly lengthens any given project.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books:
Angels and Demons, and anything in that vein.

Movies:
Back to the Future is, and probably always will be, my favorite movie. But also, any comedy usually does it for me. (Except the ones that are dumb as shit. E.g. Idiocracy.)

Shows:
Daily Show, Colbert Report, Dr. Who, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Scrubs, Mad Men, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Newsroom, Arrested Development, 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, Community, New Girl, Sherlock, Spongebob, etc.

Music:
I'm pretty into music. I've been to more festivals and concerts than I can count on every digit on my body. I've been to every Bonnaroo since 2007, (with the exception of 2010, dammit) and I've been fortunate enough to be raised in a musical household.
As far as genre goes, I'm more into indie stuff. I have to admit, I dig quietly rocking my face off to stuff like Electric President, The Shins, Iron and Wine, etc. Suggest a band to me, I love discovery.

Food:
I've been on a paleo diet for a few weeks now. Just trying it out to see how I like it. Not too bad thus far. But on a wider scale, I have to say I don't really want to eat as much processed food as I used to. Trying to make that change now. It's a hard thing to do when you love hamburgers and pizza this much.

Games:
Yeah, I'm adding games on here. Because I consider them an art form that is at times very much on par with movies, books, etc. If you don't believe that, please message me. I love intelligent arguments, especially about art.

So I grew up playing a great number of fantastic games when I was a kid. (They're the reason I'm so quirky). Of these, my favorites were Earthbound and Chrono Trigger for the Super Nintendo.

But don't get me wrong, I'll still play any modern game with you. (Mario Kart, anyone?)

If you want to have a game conversation, then definitely message me, I could go all day.
The six things I could never do without
A hula hoop (Of course)

A phone (Phones are handy)

A ferret trained in retrieval (Don't have to crawl under the bed/everyone needs an animal sidekick)

The internet (I like information)

A pillow (So often taken for granted.)

A bowtie (Bowties are cool.)
On a typical Friday night I am
Out doing something fun, hopefully. But more often than not, I'm working...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I still cry when I watch Moulin Rouge. It's not even a joke. That movie gets me.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 19–28
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
Anything you've read here made you smile, even a little. I like doing that.
