My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey there! So a little about me: I'm moved to Lynchburg from Roanoke in October 2013, where I lived for about a year. I have spent most of my life living in Texas and Florida. I miss the beaches of Florida but plan on staying in this area for a while. I just graduated with my doctorate in pharmacy and am getting used to life without school.

I enjoy camping, running, fishing (you have to take the fish off the hook for me, really), motorcycles, hiking, photography, and many other outdoor activities. I also enjoy just hanging out at home, going out to the movies, salsa dancing, and getting dressed up for a nice night out. I come from the mindset that chivalry is very much alive and should be appreciated. I don't believe that all the 'good men' are taken, I'm just trying to find the one that's right for me.

I can be quite the chatterbox sometimes and I've been known to start up a conversation in the check-out line of a grocery store but it is important to me that you can also carry on a conversation. Just listening to me ramble about my day would get quite boring for the both of us and you know I want to hear about what the crazy lady said to you at work today!

Although I am in essence looking to eventually start a relationship with someone, I'm not looking to get married tomorrow (really I can't, I already have plans tomorrow with my cat, we're going to Petsmart to get her a new fuzzy ball and she's really excited). All joking aside, I would like to get to know someone first in a casual dating/friendship way before embarking on a relationship with them.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a pharmacist and really enjoy helping people understand their medications better.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Dinner parties/entertaining, baking, and other awesome things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes and sense of humor.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love country music but will listen to many different things. I see movies pretty frequently but would make a terrible critic since I like just about everything. I really enjoy cooking for friends and family and having dinner parties but I absolutely detest seafood!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My family
2. God (I'm not a Bible thumper but I'm down with Jesus)
3. Humor
4. Desire for knowledge
5. Friends
6. A really good cookbook
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
how I could get anywhere without a GPS, when I get to go salsa dancing again, and why my cat keeps eating the cardboard out of her favorite toy. Ok, maybe I don't think too much about the last one.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
hanging out with friends, exploring this new town, or working.

I'm interested in meeting a great guy but please read the following since I don't want to waste your time or mine. The following are really important to me: someone that is Christian, a non-smoker, not married or presently in a relationship with someone else, somewhat near my age (25-37), is independent (don't live with your parents and are able to support yourself), live in/very close to Lynchburg, have a career and life goals, and have a recent photo. Of course it would be nice if you had a good sense of humor, too, and had a bright personality.

Oh, and I should say that I'm terrible at initiating emails, its one of the few areas of my life where I'm shy. So although I may have looked at your profile and didn't email you doesn't necessarily mean that I wasn't interested, I just may not have worked up the courage to fire off that first email!
