As far as books go I prefer the following Genres: Science fiction,
fantasy, and of course independently published books are great,
even if most are hit and miss. Recently finished books include:"We
Were Not The Savages" And "Vibrational Passage" - I know the
authoroif this one.
Anything anime, Favorites include: Record of Lodoss War, Bubblegum
Crisis: Tokyo 2040, Blue Seed, Hellsing, Guyver, The Irresponsible
Captain Tylor, Black Blood Brothers, Rune Soldier, Hyper Police,
Also a big fan of martial arts movies( the ones from Hong Kong and
Japan) Favorites include: Duel to the Death, The Storm Riders, The
Duel, Reborn From Hell, Kunoichi, Kung Fu Hustle.
For these two genres I prefer subtitles over dubs.
As for movies, I prefer something with a solid storyline to it,
though a pointless action film, or comedy is a good break every now
and then. Favorites include: Lord of the Rings Trilogy, most comic
book movies, Star Wars, Resident Evil, Josie and the Pussycats, The
Warrior's Way, and just about anything CG. Also anything by the
following directors, is automatically on my list: Tim Burton, Kevin
Smith, Peter Jackson, And most of George Lucas' works.
As far as TV goes. If it's on The Discovery Channel, The History
Channel, or national Geographic I'll watch it, outside of that my
favorite shows would have to be Scrubs and Eureka, sadly both have
been canceled. I do also enjoy the Works of Seth McFarland. I'll
give just about any show a chance.
Small sample of what's in the iTunes folder on my PC:
3 Doors Down, 311, Blue October, Breaking Benjamin, The Dreaming,
Stabbing Westward, Daft Punk, Sheryl Crowe, Hammerfall, Mae,
Nickleback, Ozzy, Papa Roach, Puddle of Mud, Queen, Ra, Slipknot,
Three Days Grace, In This Moment, The Who, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi,
Mae, Diana Krall, IZ, just to list a few.
Food is difficult as I enjoy cooking. You can trust my skills in
the kitchen as I am not a skinny chef. I'm willing to try just
about anything though. This may be odd, but the foods I enjoy the
most are the ones I have the hardest times making. Though if we're
referring to going out for a meal, I find that the hole in the wall
places are often the best ones to go too. I no longer eat Shrimp,
Crab, or Lobster though developed allergies – which royally sucks
since I know what I’m missing.
