Sometimes, after being hurt many times before, it is hard to take the chance with the heart again, leaving the hurt behind and stepping forward is a hard step to make sometimes, I know past is just that but the feelings are hard to overcome when it has happened so many times before...
On the other hand, if the chance is not taken, then you never know what you miss out on by letting opportunities pass you by, and I would speculate that this is why we come to these sights, to see what opportunities come our way, but then it is not a one way street either, the two people must find if they have things in common and want to explore those interests that they have in common.
I am a 46 year old, with no children, hoping to find someone that has interests similar to my own that does not look at life as a burden, but rather a challenge that makes us stronger with each passing day as we learn the lessons life deals us.

At this point in my life I have had many changes come about due to a change in professions. So now i have to work twice as hard to accomplish my dreams but with this economy it makes it even harder to achieve.

Most anything I take on that is of interest to me, Computers is one of those things because of the never ending changes they go through but that is why they hold my interest and keep me from boredom because I get bored easily with routine.

Unsure, never really asked anyone what they noticed about me.

Any books by Stephen King, A wide variety of movies as long as it holds my interest. Music I listen to reflects the state of mind I am in at that moment, it is a part of all our lives and most of us seem to relate to the music we are listening to in the now.
Food would have to be my homemade Pizza or cookies! I tend to cook a lot when I am down and need a feel good food.

My computer, mind, dreams, heat of the sun on my face, humor and FREEDOM!

How this world has become such a mess and what I can do on my part to change it so we all do not end up slaves to a world government that is corrupt!

Sitting at home surfing the net or watching a good movie while wishing I had someone to snuggle up to.
