Keeping fit and active is important to me, I've been blessed with an able body and I do what I can to look after it. Each week I enjoy circuit and boxfit classes and krav maga. Of course I also love my downtime to catch up with friends, watch a movie or just collapse at home.
I'm quite into nutrition and healthy eating, but I am in no means a fussy eater, yep, I have eaten, jellyfish, whale, crocodile, snake, horse and urchin but my preferences are definitely Indian and Japanese cuisine.
For a few years I lived and worked in Japan and as such I have a real appreciation for the Japanese language, green tea, mountain hiking and snow boarding.
On a more recent note I went paragliding in Turkey which was great. Also on the list of things I'd like to try are sky diving, bungee jumping, zorbing and white-water rafting.
