Where to start .. Aussie mongrel now living in the US. Looking for that special someone. I like a person who enjoys fine food with friends. Something as simple as a bbq or something more formal.

A very family orientated person and while they are on the opposite side of the planet, I still hold them close and stay in contact with them on a regular basis.

I'd consider myself as being a very intelligent person and able to hold a decent conversation on many topics and am always inquisitive about things I don't know. I also like to banter and laugh at the stupid things in life that people can take too seriously. Like everyone in life, you learn something new each day and that's why I really enjoy life.

I am spontaneous when it comes to doing things in my spare time, but at the same time responsible when it comes to the more serious things in life.

I have been described as a very caring person and I guess it was to do with the way I was raised. I find if you are considerate to others they will in return be considerate to you. I feel I am open minded in all aspects of a relationship and life itself. I also understand that we continue to learn each and every day. Growing up in Sydney, well, its a very liberal city and people openly communicate on every topic in life and relationships.

Worked on a farm when young, I quickly learned what life is really all about :) Throughout my teenage years I grew up around many different cultures and can honestly say I've seen how families can treat each other terribly and how other families can treat each other with love. I've covered many different ways people live in life and can relate to most from the way I've lived to date.

I have two dogs and love them tremendously. They are both rescues and I respect people who dedicate their time and energy to saving rescues. Love watching them play with each other, the animal banter they use to excite each other into playing. It's brings a smile each time.

My work background includes, paper boy!, fruitologist, manager, sous chef, builder, carpenter, electrician, plumber, electrical, electronics, computer network engineer, programmer.

In short, I'm looking for a book reading, intelligent, geeky women that is ready for something long term. I'm not interested in "friends with benefits" or short term fillers. If you want fun each day with a geeky, intelligent yet broad shouldered, masculine mans man, that still knows how to keep his finger nails clean and skin soft well, here I am!

Currently in Central Oregon but back to Sydney come end of the year for a few months. Then back in the new year and headed somewhere new. Currently the plan is CA, somewhere north of the bay. A culturally rich and open minded area is a must.

The only sport I follow F1, it allows for all teams to copy each others ideas. The winning team however is one with innovation. I still can't understand why governments and companies allow trademarks only to stifle human evolution.
