My Self-Summary
I'm a bi-coastal gal at heart with aspirations to merge California,
New York and France together. It may just change the world, I
think. I enjoy running, traveling, laughing, speaking French,
skipping, eating, discussing politics over beer/bottle of wine,
singing (Christmas carols!), reading, baseball (GO Yankees! yes,
you can hate me), pub quizzes, breakfast nooks, cereal, black and
white photography, green and yellow M&Ms, blowing bubbles in my
chocolate milk, Halloween and Thanksgiving, and most importantly, a
cup of coffee and conversation.
What I’m doing with my life
Currently I am working in the restaurant industry and as a fitness
instructor on the side (yes, I am a conflict of interest) while
seeking out my professional 'big girl' job in the non-profit world
related to communications/international affairs.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love a good English classic, David Sedaris, travel and language
books, The Prophet, the AP Style Guide, Science of Mind; my ipod
collection is diverse-anything from oldies to alternative-it's a
must for long runs and car rides, also, I'm a sucker for acoustic
guitar, sigh; cult classics such as Reality Bites, Princess Bride;
pretty much any type of cuisine, especially sushi and Mexican
(although not together). I love food, especially baked goods. I do
enjoy the Food Network, what can I say. But I don't like butter or
whipped cream, go figure.
The six things I could never do without
Family, friends, spirituality, compassion, love...and my Garmin.

Out having drinks with close friends or at home curled up with a
book and a glass of wine. I keep it simple.

I don't like the charms in Lucky Charms, and I once set myself on
fire (accidentally) on Valentine's Day.
