My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I hate these, there is no person more unqualified to describe one than oneself. I don't want to describe myself

But I will:
I traipse across the continent and the globe. Some mornings wake up longing unfamiliar skies, and some nights I go to sleep longing for my warm bed or my fathers comforting arms. Sometimes i wish to pack my tent on my bicycle and go as far as i can in a random direction, and other times i want to buy a first class ticket and tour the great cities of the world.

I read, I watch, I learn, I talk, I interact, and at night it gets really lonely. I used to wake up everyday and wish i was a superhero. Now I, a humble vaudevillian veteran, am vicariously cast as both victim and villain.

Some days I fight. Some days I am pounded into dank submission. But I am trying to find the light, even if there isn't much of it.

I guess that really wasn't much a description, now was it?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Honestly, most of the time it feels like I'm wasting it. I feel like I have spent so much time learning about the world and not enough time seeing it. Too much time too worried about what might happen that I haven't managed to make anything happen.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
abiding. Adventuring. Learning. Fighting for whats right, even if I have run out of strength to fight for myself.

And ruminating on occasion, should inspiration strike me.

I love the Big Lebowski. Pulp fiction. Fear and loathing in las Vegas. In general, i love classic movies, or cult films. I'm kind of discerning that way.

I'm not a hardcore anime fan, but I know my way around the Genre and have seen my share of the more obscure ones (Rozen Maiden, Gosick, Dantalian No Shoka). I am slowly making my way through Index, but there is so fucking much of it. I have obviously seen most of the cornerstone of the medium, like Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, all the Miyazaki movies, and shoneny stuff like Dragon Ball etc. I have a few to finish, like Black Lagoon, Lupin III, and Ghost in the Shell.

I don't watch any TV on my actual TV, but i do watch many things on the internet. I love the hell out of Firefly, and am digging Game of Thrones, I have a soft spot for sitcoms, like Cheers, Fraiser, Scrubs, and Stand up comedy.

I will attempt to watch anything recommended.

I'm not a music snob, I'll listen to anything. My tastes are eclectic, but right now, I'm digging Levon Helm, Dropkick Murphys, and the Gothic Archies. I like mainstream bands, like Yellowcard and Greenday. I like obscure Nerd bands like Powerglove and Ookla the Mok. I like some Rap and hip hop, like Jurassic 5 and Immortal Technique, and some much older country, like Hank Williams and Bob Dylan (haters gonna hate). I like harder core music like Throwdown, Screamo stuff like All that Remains and Eyes Set to Kill, and classic rock, like the stones or aerosmith. And 80s metal like Dio.

Ill also listen to anything recommended.

I also still love Batman, Star wars, pokemon, all that stuff from when I was young. I read comic books, and some of them are very good. Sandman (Gaiman in general), Watchmen (Moore in general), Bone, Amelia Rules. I have a taste for Dungeons and Dragons, as well, although that is not a show or movie.

I own many books, and live next door to a library, and such have read many more. I have a general interest in Theology, History, Art, Sociology, Anthropology and Psychology. I can recommend books on those topics if you like. I have read many novels as well, although my absolute favorites are the Timeline 191 series, by Harry Turtledove. I enjoyed the hell out of Tad Williams Otherland series, and I did really like Hitchhikers Guide and Lord of the Rings.

I have an extreme soft spot for Teen slice of life fiction, and I am very fond of the works of John Green.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Mostly just the internet, as all the other things I might put are dependent from that. My nook, my DS, my phone, and my computer all gain most of their functionality from the stream of media constantly flooding in. All books, movies, music and video games I crave originate there.

I also require caffeinated beverages, stuffed with high fructose corn syrup, preferably. Pristine Wilderness, miles of it for me to hike or camp or canoe or bike in. Far off destinations with famous landmarks, exotic food, and beautiful women. Good friends.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The next person to walk into my life, and the next to walk out of it
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I never plan that far ahead
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Someone I love asked me if I was okay the other day. I'm not, but I told him I was because I didn't want him to worry.
