I'm 21 and moved up to Rochester a few months ago. I'm looking for friends and people to hang out with and just see where that goes.
I love music, especially live bands, reading, being outside, movies, and good conversations.
I'm really into being outside doing whatever. I love to go camping, hiking, climbing, and swimming. I was going to school for Environmental Engineering, but I joined the Coast Guard instead of finishing my degree.

So here's some random facts about me:
I use parenthesis way too often.
I'm a twin.
I hate it when people drive under the speed limit for no reason.
I love my car and it has a super funky name I gave it.
I think dark basements are super creepy.
I like to paint.
I am a master at questionmaster when I play Kings.
I try not to be super serious on my free time because I think it's sort of like recess from work, but I do know how to act appropriately when needed.

I'm up here for my job (I'm originally from Ohio), and it's been my focus for a while, but I'd like to get to know more people up here. I have long term goals such as furthering my education and traveling to Australia, and short term goals like trying to learn guitar.

Being myself. I'm a fairly entertaining person... Turning my alarm clock off in my sleep. Playing cheesy games. I know my way around a boat, and reading nautical charts. I'm good at reading maps and yelling at my gps.
I'm a wee bit musically inclined, I play a few instruments. I've heard it's funny when I'm mad but only if you know me. I can cook, especially PB & J or pasta sauce. Making my computer work with my x box. I'm also good at having dumb luck when it comes to playing cards , putt putt and other random things of that nature.

My hair, apparently it rocks.

When it comes to reading I like most Chuck Palahniuk, Mary Roach, and Steve Miller. I read graphic novels and comics, but usually it's different Batman ones although I loved Watchmen. I also love to reread books like A Clockwork Orange, Of Mice and Men, and Animal Farm.

There's a whole lot of movies I like... V for Vendetta, The Illusionist, 300, Superbad, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, the original House on Haunted Hill and House of Wax (both featuring Vincent Price, who I also adore), Garden State, the Last Kiss, P.S. I Love You, Puppet Master, Steven King's Dolls (it's scares me to death... every time!) A Clockwork Orange, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Fight Club, Some Like it Hot, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Rebel Without a Cause (yeah I like old James Dean movies), Quentin Tarantino movies are freakin' awesome. Tim Burton's Beetlejuice, Ghostbusters, Cool Runnings, Young Frankenstein and various other Mel Brooks movies. I'll watch just about anything and I have a decent collection of movie posters too.

I'm kinda the same way with my music, but I love Flogging Molly, Motion City Soundtrack, Sick Puppies, Shrug, Three Days Grace, Collective Soul, Julia Nunes, The Starting Line, Jim Croce, Disturbed, Eve 6, Cat Stevens, Brand New, the Eagles, Audioslave, Gin Blossoms, Ben Folds, Rise Against,the Presidents of the United States of America, The Decemberists, All Time Low, Better than Ezra, Dashboard Confessional, Hinder, Depeche Mode, the Talking Heads, Hootie and the Blowfish, Iron and Wine, Say Anything, Metallica, Johnny Cash, Alkaline Trio, Jimmy Eat World, the Killers, Lynard Skynard, the Maine, Queen, Powerman 5000, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sage Francis, and so many more.

Almost all food is good food I really just don't like olives.
I love Italian, Chinese, barbecue, cashews, peanut butter, bananas, graham crackers. I'm always up for snack foods shaped like animals (goldfish, teddy grahams, sour brite crawlers etc). I also love tea... it's delicious and nutritious!
