My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm writing this part last so I can complain about its existence without feeling like I haven't put any information on my profile... No one likes trying to summarize themselves, but if we can't be bothered to try, then we shouldn't make dating profiles. I'm an introvert, ISTP if that's relevant to you. While that does mean that I enjoy the time I spend alone, it doesn't mean that I don't love to go out or don't want to spend time with people and make friends. I'm incredibly easy going. Passive, but not a pacifist. I've never been in a fight though, but I have talked my, and others' way out of plenty. I jokingly consider myself a pseudo delegate of peace, ya dig?

(^ this is old but not wrong so I'm not messing with it)

I've had to rewrite my profile too many times now. Every time I move, which has happened a lot lately (ask me about it) I have to change this and explain my new situation. It has become a little tedious changing this so frequently, but here it goes.

(6/22 I'm in Point Pleasant NJ)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
This gets changed a lot too...

To put it simply: figuring it out. I'm here and there and so many places in between, but I'm looking for something that really sticks out to me. I am trying new things all the time. Traveling when I get the chance (or when I have to). I've lived in lots of states and 2 countries outside the US. I don't mind driving for long periods of time, I actually find a personal zen in driving for 5+ hours. I should be a semi driver but I think double clutching is annoying.

I quite enjoy spending my free time playing video games (PC master race) or table top, pen and paper RPGs (Glorantha is a wonderful place)

Also: getting lost. I seem to get lost, every time I go somewhere for the first time, but I think it's fun unless I'm in a hurry of course. Even after having left for only 6 months I find myself getting lost somewhere I lived for 6 years...It's disgraceful :P
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Keeping the peace and not fretting over little things (and sometimes big things). Some might go as far as saying that I have a blunted affect, which I embrace to a degree.

I'm also pretty good at eating servings of sushi meant to feed families.

Having a naturally quick gate and most notably: being friends with your dog.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Is definitely my hair. It's pretty big, so I can't really blame anyone. Also I'm 6'2" so that's pretty noticeable. If they are close enough it's possible that they notice my eyes first, I guess.

*This was much more true in Florida. Since being in CA I have realized that I don't stand out as much here... I guess the first thing people would notice past my hair is my height...

**I'm back in FL so (^) that can be ignored.

*** Not in FL anymore, still relevant I guess.

Hmmmm... This should have been separated... These deserve individual explanation I think, but since I only have this box to do it... Also, I know this seems long so I put the actual information in bold for you all.
(Apparently there is no bold on the app. Guess you guys have to read the whole thing)

I'm going to start off with, I haven't seen a lot of movies. Like a lot of movies that everyone should see whether they like that style of movie or not. Fucking classics... Probably haven't seen it... I am a big Stanley Kubrick fan though, and Tarantino, but I'm lacking there too... I find that I'm hyper critical when it comes to most movies, it's hard to find a movie that I think is so good that I can look past technicalities and such. Movies I do like though. Full Metal Jacket, Donnie Darko, SLC Punk, Pulp Fiction, Dr. Strangelove, Across the Universe, In Bruges. Dark comedies rub me the right way generally.

I watch even less TV. Due to one circumstance or another I have not had cable in my house for large portions of my life so TV isn't important to me. But Trailer Park Boys is hysterical... so there's that...

Books, books, books, I don't read as much as I used to, which is disappointing really... but I love Cormac McCarthy books. Especially The Road. I've read Crime and Punishment a couple times. I'd have to say The Short-timers is pretty much my favorite book thus-far, too bad it's out of print... I just finished Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep and am going back to reading I Wear the Black Hat by Chuck Klosterman

Music is a weird one, there is no way to generalize what I listen to. I listen to Modest Mouse, Phish, The Pixies, David Bowie, Nine Inch Nails, Lot's of different dubstep producers (older ones mostly. I like ((which saddens me to think that it's a subgenre now)) filth), The Pogues, Kid Cudi, Tool, S.O.A.D., The Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Jack Johnson, The Talking Heads, Phish, and so on to whatever the fuck... Like I said... I don't really know how to categorize my music taste.

FOOD, I'll eat anything pretty much. I will definitely try anything. I've eaten chicken hearts, they were gross. My favorite food is sushi/sashimi, just about any kind minus softshell crab, and if the eel is on the outside of the roll I've found that I'm not the biggest fan...pineapple soda is the shit.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Six things? That seems like a lot. Who could NEED six things. Not counting basic survival essentials, (food/water/air) which are totally not what this section is asking about, I don't really know.

Some mental stimulation, basic human kindness, uhhh I don't know. My life would becomes more complicated without it, but I've lived without a phone and it's not the end of the world. To a lesser degree the same applies to my computer. If I have good people or even just a good person I can be fine. I'm as low maintenance as it gets.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How and when to head to my next stop on this vacation that is life.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Looking for a show to go to, getting lost, sleeping because I busted my ass all day, errands, you name it. Just another night to me.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

That I love The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I'm also willing to admit that I have a lot of things that I'm willing to admit if asked privately.

My League of Legends UN is "anotherusername" sans quotes.

The above information appeals to you or If you just think I'm good looking. If you know what I mean by "activity partners". Here's a clue: its not sex. (NO REALLY I DON'T MEAN SEX, THAT HAS IT'S OWN CATEGORY!)

If you want to invite me to a show. If you need a ride to a show, or somewhere interesting. Or even if you just want to get lost with me. If you have a job opportunity I would be super appreciative.

If you get down and wanna help me out.

EDIT: "activity partners" was an "I'm Looking For" option until 8/28/13

EDIT 2/23/14: Reactivated my account today and a lot has changed, sorry for any inconsistencies about where I am/what I'm doing. Please let me know if you see anything that doesn't make sense so I can fix it :)

EDIT 6/22/14: I've moved to New Jersey. Anything I missed that says otherwise is lying.
