My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Well for starters my name is Eric, and I have absolutely no idea how to write one if these things.

One thing that I find people generally lacking is some good old fashioned fun, I always try to keep the kid in me alive and kicking; "When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up"-C.S. Lewis. I love making people laugh and I will always be down with going out and doing something I've never tried before. To me, good company and good booze will always make a fantastic time.

I love things that have to do with water and a board: snowboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, water boarding, etc.

I proudly and shamelessly wave my nerd flag: Whether its spouting pop culture references, playing some video games, watching sci-fi or you name it, I'm always down for it.

INTP for those of you who keep track of such things.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living the dream! I'm part of a relatively new company that organizes a gamer hangout/ lounge at a bar in San Francisco. It's a crazy amount of fun, I literally couldn't think of something else I'd rather be doing.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Trying to avoid taking serious pictures, and then end up genuinely laughing/ smiling. I've pretty much gotten down to a science.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I would have to guess it's the crazy manliness of my beard.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Enders Game, Game of Thrones, Neuromancer, Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Battle Royale, and several comics, notably JTHM, Squee, Scott Pilgrim, and Watchmen

Movies: Better Off Dead, Saw, Teeth, Grandma's Boy, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Ink, Donnie Darko, Weekend at Bernie's I & II, Avatar ( though c'mon, we all know that it stole the plot from Fern Gully), and too many others to name

Music: Pretty much anything classic rock, but I also enjoy metal, EDM, chiptune, etc. When I listen to music I generally hear the complex melody of all the instruments and vocals and very seldom listen to the lyrics so rap and country do very little for me.

Food: I love to cook. I will generally eat anything that is put in front of me, but I specially enjoy Italian, Asian, sushi, steak or anything that has bacon
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1.Friends, family, other generic important people in my life.
2.My puppy-brained vulture, Zora
3.Somewhere to go
5.A deck of cards
6.A bag of Googly Eyes
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Trying to remember the name of that one song that has been playing on repeat in my head for the last week and a half. You know the one: the one where you only know half of one verse and maybe 3 or 4 notes, if you're lucky. The one where you thought you heard it on the radio but that particular song turned out to being something from 1873.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out, watching some Netflix, generally trying to recover from the night before
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
When I was a kid I was offered to be taught how to play drums by one of Santana's ex drummers. Being 12, I didn't understand the gravity of the offer and declined.
