Generally I'm pretty easy going and have a lot of respect for other people and their opinions as long as they respect mine. I also make an effort to never hurt anyone's feeling on purpose. I'm kind and well mannered when I say something. I believe in integrity and honesty with a positive attitude. I go out of my way to help those who need help and ask for it although I don't always recognize for myself when they need that help.

The glass is always half full to me and I like to slow down and smell the flowers. I like to take day trips to nowhere stopping for lunch in out of the way places, it could even be a country store that makes bologna & cheese sandwiches. Then look for a scenic place to enjoy it with a cold Dr. Pepper. I can be happy just being home most of the time. I'm not looking for a sugar momma but sure enjoy momma sugga. I appreciate a good woman and partner, one who will be grateful to the fact that when we go out to dinner I'll ask her if she has a preference.

If you're like me you would think it's impossible to judge a person on a first meeting and decide if it should be a long term relationship. I believe a relationship has to grow and evolve until it just feels natural to both parties.

I have never committed a felony and I’m not interested in alcoholics, druggies or tobacco users. I'm retired from the transportation industry as a freight broker for trucks. I've been divorced for 8 years and my two children have families of their own.

Just trust me on this, I really do have a full head of hair, albeit silver gray, even though you can't see it in the photo's. :-))

I'm retired and have been for the past two years. Its time to start looking for at least a part time job to take up some of the slack. I've always been a work to live type rather than live to work. I spend some of my time on computer related pursuits as well as being online chatting with friends and family all over the country. I have a son in law with cancer so I help my daughter with things around her house that need repairs and the lil ole lady (90) across the street that needs help with chores.

I have a 1952 MGTD replica I've been working on. Still needs some work, I need a good auto electrician to help me rewire that baby. That is one thing I have trouble with, I'm not a good auto electrician.

I've even given some thought to enrolling in the local commuity college. Wish they had an auto mechanic electrics class there.

I'm good at working in my yard and a good handyman as I do most of my work at home and the normal stuff like relaxing. I prefer to have some kind of "project" around the house. I know a thing or two about home improvement but need ideas to help with improvements.
I'm not a brainiac but I do like to try and figure out things for myself, that makes me a jack of all trades and master of none.

Now that's a tough question, I really don't know. Maybe I should ask sometime.

BOOKS:
I'm not a big reader, my mind tends to stray when I just sit and look at pages. I do enjoy my trade magazines and will include Readers Digest.
MOVIES:
I like action movies (Clint Eastwood, Sylvester Stallone those types), War movies, romantic comedies, no blood & guts stuff like Texas Chainsaw movies or horror.
I like "who-done-its" on TV, like NCIS, Criminal Minds, Forensic Files, Cold Case or Two and a Half Men, The Big Band Theory, History channel, Andy Griffith, Discovery Channel.
MUSIC:
I prefer Classic country, some of the new country, Rock & Roll Oldies, no rapp or heavy metal.
FOOD:
ALL OF IT! Seafood, steaks, fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, a good pork roast. I am a carnivore not to picky but I don’t like cooked spinach, raw in a salad is good. I usually eat a lot of fruits and vegetables not because I'm a health nut, but because I like them. An occasional beer on the back patio but going out to a nice dinner sometimes is way cool and a must-have.
