My self-summary
It's not fair or smart to pigeonhole oneself through a few quick words. Best to consider getting to know me and the conversations that ensue might reveal somewhat more...

Well..That's not very forthcoming...

A somewhat quirky individual with an idealistic mind and heart and a bit of a creative flair that tends to manifest itself in such forms as computer game and board game design (for the mechanics and ideas behind it), writing (especially historical fiction), reenacting, and educating others about the Revolutionary War, taking each of these activities with an honest, amateur's humor, but trying rather seriously to succeed at the same time.

I'm also big into board games, rpgs, animals, and learning about other areas of history, trying to reconcile all of these rather major interests, along with other, secondary interests, such as fencing, skiing, theatregoing, actually /playing/ electronic games, acting, and voice, so that I don't go insane. I love to talk with people and learn from them, also hoping they, in turn, can learn from me. If such advice and knowledge is desired, of course.

I am sometimes a bit indecisive, and occasionally sound a bit formal and genteel, but other times can bounce off the walls with glee and excitement. All told, I'm a well intentioned sort. Just a bit shy, donchaknow. And a tad of a romantic.
What I’m doing with my life
I am basically doing what I can to live life in a way that both stabilizes me financially and enriches myself and others.

I do what I can to enrich the lives of others by doing cool community service work, teaching acting technique as a therapeutic outlet for underprivileged youth at risk for emotional trauma in troubled homes and school systems.

What's more, I am taking opportunities to bond with the locals of my new town, especially the senior citizenry, taking time to listen to their stories, keep them company, teaching them computer usage as best I can, and doing whatever else I can to aid them as a second pair of hands, despite my relative lack of experience in generally "doing things."

For the self enrichment, I reenact the Revolutionary War, do Taekwondo, write, and design various cool odds and ends, the latter two of which keeps me afloat financially for now.
As for the financial bit, that remains a work in progress. I am currently comfortable from past work, but am also in the midst of applying to historic parks as an actor or guide to supplement my several times aforementioned works.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Though I have access to a car and have had a license since age seventeen or so, I've maybe driven a motor vehicle all of fifteen times in those ten years, and as such am a little afraid to be behind the wheel at any time. I am, however, working to develop a means of conquering these fears. And I have copious means of public transportation in the meantime.
