I am a grammar and spelling nerd - communication is the most important thing you will ever do, you should do it properly.
People who don't put their carts in the cart corral or use their turn signals strike me as inconsiderate, selfish and lazy.

Everything I've seen directed by Tarsem Singh or Michael Gondry.
Stardust - my new favorite fairy tale.
Anything with a not-too-obvious twist ending. (The Usual Suspects)
Bad horror movies on 50 cent night at the dollar theatre.
Foreign romantic comedies. (Delicatessen)

Books:I love Science Fiction of the SnowCrash variety.
I also like biographies and autobiographies.
The best book I've read recently is "Between the Bridge and the River, " by Craig Ferguson.
I also love Terry Pratchett, David Sedaris, Christopher Moore, Gregory MacGuire, and Gavin de Becker.
I have subscriptions to both Glamour and WIRED.

Music, red lipstick, good food, my legs, my voice, my thoughts.
