My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey guys! I live off of Connecticut avenue, in the Kalorama section of The District. Love my location, as I'm so centrally located. I'm back in DC after a seven and a half year hiatus, and am excited to be back!

I just about to turn 34, tall, am height/weight proportionate (been hitting the gym pretty regularly). I have blue eyes and dirty-blond hair and wear glasses. I'm not a model, but I've been told that I'm pretty good looking. I'm a masculine guy and would like somebody who is similar in this regard. I'm masculine, but not in the fact that I drink a ton of beer, watch football and drive away on my Harley, but rather I'm just a regular guys guy. I can be friends with an effeminate guy but definitely cannot date one... Sorry, just a preference!

Friends would describe me as loyal, caring, affectionate, outgoing, and funny. I guess I'd have to agree with them. I also enjoy "me time." Granted, I won't throw you out of the house, but I feel like everyone needs some time to themselves. Basically, I'm an all-around good guy that has yet to find his perfect match. I'm certain he's out there somewhere, right?! I'm tired of everyone telling me, "I can't believe you're still single" -- it's getting old!

I love to keep myself informed with what's going on in the world, so I watch quite a bit of CNN, enjoy keeping up with politics (I went to school in DC and majored in political science), love to go out to eat, head to the movies and the theater, hang with family and friends, and travel the globe.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I used to work in politics, but i did a 180 and now I'm a flight attendant for a major airline. It's a great job with great benefits -- I couldn't ask for anything more! And by the way, it doesn't necessarily mean that I hook up with a different guy in each city. Marry me, fly or free!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
... being a great partner, good friend, and loyal to family. I am a people person and it shows. I can put a smile on your face even when you're having a Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day!
The first things people usually notice about me

My height, then my piercing blue eyes shining through my glasses.

But really? My shoes and Socks!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

For music, I enjoy listening to Billy Joel, Elton John, Springstein, U2, Matchbox 20, Brenden James, Kelly Clarkson (don't judge), and a ton of other artists.

Love Chinese food and sushi, but can't live without my hazelnut Dunkin' Donuts coffee!

For Books, I am in love with anything by Mitch Albom or Augusten Burroughs. Love a good biography every once in a while too. Just finished reading The Help (LOVED IT) though the movie wasn't nearly as good as the book.

For movies, I won't name them all, but I love sappy romantic comedies, dramas & dramedies, and loathe stupid horror flicks.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) My Family
2) Jetting off to exotic destinations at the drop of a dime.
3) My car (gives me freedom to go anywhere anytime)
4) My own apartment
5) A Democrat in the White House
6) A partner (I am living fine without one, but would love to find my Mr. Right).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My future. I think I should focus a bit more on "now and today" rather than what's up next, but whatev.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends, out to dinner, taking in a movie, and/or relaxing on the couch with a nice glass of wine.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like to sleep on 'the top' bunk, if ya know what I mean!

You are single, masculine, and are truly looking for a relationship. If you are a Paul Rudd look-alike but a bit taller...CALL ME!

I'm pretty open with regards to what types of guys I like, but a good attitude, funny, respectful, outgoing, fun, cute smile, nice eyes, good hair (or lack thereof) are majorly important to me. You don't have to have a perfect body (Lord knows I don't), or an amazing job (just be employed), but be a go-getter and have your head screwed on pretty tight. I don't think I'm asking for too much. Also, I am D&D free and you should be too.

I like a guy with a combo of brains and looks. You probably should know what's on the front page of the The Washington Post as opposed to the front cover of People Magazine. You should be able to hold a conversation, be comfortable in your own skin, and enjoy taking in all the city has to offer.

If anything in this profile intrigued you, by all means, feel free to contact me. I'm looking forward to it!
