My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a friendly, fun, adventurous, affectionate, cultured, down-to-earth no baggage, no drama kind of guy who's looking to meet that special someone.

I love music from the 1990s and 1980s. If your favorite movie from those years has a famous closing credits song, chances are I can probably sing it...badly. But I can sing it.

I'm a big travel buff -- not to be confused with a travel snob. My most recent adventure was a two-week trip to Alaska. Definitely a place I recommend if you're into great scenery and the outdoors. Next trip is planned for December: The Caribbean.

I am also total political and news junkie. Big Twitter user. Big into gadgets too. I love my new iPhone 6 plus.

My new favorite TV show: Breaking Bad. I was binge watching for about 6 weeks and I just finished it. Glad nobody spoiled the ending for me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For the past 9 years, I've been working as the public relations manager for a global company. Great place to work. Nice people too.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I make the perfect bag of microwave popcorn. Terrific skill for a Netflix night. And I'm also a pretty good board game player.

Favorite movies: Scary Movie, Gone With the Wind, Pulp Fiction, Airplane, Casablanca, The Others, Mrs. Doubtfire, Parenthood, Star Wars, Lord of The Rings, Mommy Dearest, The Pianist, Fargo, Muriel's Wedding, Pan's Labyrinth, Big Fish, Titanic. I am a sucker for good Christmas movies too.

Favorite foods: Mexican, Italian, Greek, anything with melted cheese.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Family
2. Laughter
3. My iPhone 6 plus
4. Diet Dr. Pepper
5. My passport
6. Pizza
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why people can't just say "hello" when they get on an elevator and see you. Manners!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably eating a big plate of nachos with lots of cheese and sour cream.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

When I was 8, I went on stage to accept the "Camper of the Week" award...except I didn't really win. When I heard the program director announce my first name, I ran right up there, not thinking that someone else in the audience had my first name too. (My first name is not all that common.) So there I was on stage...along with the REAL winner who shares the same first name with me. He looked confused. And I was mortified. I managed to keep it together until I got home. The story has a happy ending: The following week, I was named the winner. (My parents called the camp director to "fix" it. That's family for you!)
