I have a wide variety of tastes and culture. Every year I try to make it out to Arlington for the Dragon dance over at the Hong Kong market and chow down on some pho. Its been a while since I've been to an art gallery, back in the day I used to go to Art Prostitute in Denton and Nine eyes in Dallas (The owner makes the best spread). Failing that I catch some of the works at the Modern art Museum. If you have any suggestions on gallaries to check out I'm all ears.
I'm big into Philosophy and have taken classes on Aesthetics, South Asian Philosophy, Phenomenology but I'm not a school marm so don't sweat it if you don't know any of it. If you do we can talk shop.
I was born and raised a Catholic, but I identify as a Hindu. I would best put my views this way. Culturally I'm Catholic but intellectually I'm a Hindu. Hinduism is more a way of life than a religion and there are aspects of it that I agree with. Still I respect whatever faith (or lack thereof) one believes in, since you have to find your own path.
