My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
After growing up in Florida, I moved to SF last summer to go to culinary school here. I immediately loved the people and the environment here, and I now consider this place home.

I like going out with a group and meeting new people, but I also enjoy staying in with friends and cooking and hanging out. When I'm alone I play guitar, read or surf the web. When I'm with friends I go dancing or check out concerts, play games (either video games or otherwise), cook and talk about life.

I love learning about almost anything, and I like talking to people who are excited by knowing and understanding things. I am a nerd, but not a geek. I try to see the best in everyone and take people for who they are.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working as a cook at the Taj Campton Place in downtown SF. I'm having fun making world-class food and learning the ropes in a Michelin-star kitchen.

I'm a long time amateur guitar player; trying to get more serious and thinking about taking lessons. I can play solid rhythm and I even sing, and I'm always looking for people to jam with.

I go to a yoga class once a week. I've never done anything like it, and now I miss it if I don't go.

I'm also getting to know the bay area, making new friends and loving life in my new home!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Procrastinating.... I'll finish this section later.

OK, seriously, I can cook almost any dish I've ever seen, and I can make a meal out of almost anything I have lying around. I love when people tell me what foods they love so that I can learn how to make them the way they like.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am tall (6'3"), and I smile and sing a lot.

I tend to be serious at first, but people are soon surprised by how funny I can be. Soon they realize I don't take anything seriously.
