What past relationships have taught me: That every being has worth, value, & purpose, and is deserving of respect, love, and compassion. That there are many paths, all leading to the good & true. That we are all connected in the global community. No single deed or individual operates in isolation... every thought/word/deed has a ripple effect. That God is good, loving, accepting of all, & dwells in all of us. We are powerful beings who are here for a purpose. That when we know better, we have the responsibility to do better. That there is only love and fear, and love heals all and transforms lives. That the triumph of man arises from his mistakes. That we should learn from the strong and courageous, and from those who live in spite of everything. There is beauty in everyday things. If we are grateful for the things that we have, the Universe gives us more and better; conversely, if we do not value what we have, those things are taken away. That happiness is a conscious choice.

Some of the most important things in my life: Relationships, surrounding myself with good energy -- a loving & supportive circle of friends & family. I'm also passionate about social issues, and volunteer at a local homeless shelter. Love spending time with my dog.

My idea of a great trip: Love to travel, especially off the beaten path. Love ocean, mountains, nature, 360 degree sky.

Description of a perfect day: One of my favorite days was spent with a small group of dear friends hiking in Montana. Once at the peak, we spent the remainder of the day enjoying the warmth of the sun, the stunning blue skies, the majestic range views, and most of all each other's company.

One final thing I'd like to mention:
Time is a precious commodity... I plan to make the most of this wonderful life.
