Hi, I'm just a big kind quiet funny guy and a bit of a goofball. I am rather introverted, and I like reading, hanging out with friends, or going hiking more than parties or clubs. I got my Bachelors in History from the University of San Francisco and am currently working in landscaping while I figure out where I want to go with my life.

I love to talk about history, literature, philosophy, literature, movies, and current events. I also love to go hiking and backpacking, to lose myself into nature, and to bike around town and go to restaurants, shows, and museums.

Right now I am working, trying to figure out what I want to do with my life, and enjoying being alive.

I am probably above average at nature photography, fixing things, baking delicious cakes, writing prose or poetry, riding my bike without hands, and bullshitting history essays in 40 minutes.

I am a pretty big dude, and and don't talk unprompted, so I often feel like I intimidate people. However underneath I am really accepting of anything and anyone, and really do care about people.

I like classic rock and indie rock. My favorite bands are probably The New Pornographers, The Shins, The Beatles, and Pink Floyd.
My favorite book is The Lord of the Rings, but The Time Traveler's Wife is a close second. I don't watch much television anymore, but I really like Buffy, Firefly, and Game of Thrones. I love spicy Mexican food and Thai red pumpkin curry.

Mexican Food, the ability to escape modernity into nature, actual physical books, singing, good friends, silly jokes.

The meaning of life, what I am doing with my life, how the future will turn out, plots for my never finished novel, books I was reading, current events, history, and anything else. People tell me I think too much.

Reading a book, hanging out or playing a board game with friends, browsing the internet.
