My Self-Summary

Well, I'm Tim. I work during the week and travel somewhere during the weekends. A few things I'm into soccer, mountain biking, and whitewater boating. Currently I'm single and just looking to meet people on here, it can turn into something more though, who knows. I'm a rather energetic kid with a great sense of humor. I can be geeky at times as I can really get into projects.

What I’m doing with my life

I graduated with a bachelor in mechanical engineering and am working in the composites (carbon fiber) aerospace industry. That keeps me busy during the weekdays. After work I usually chill, watch a movie, cook, or start/finish some project I have going on. Weekends are my time to get away. I'm happy with where I'm at in life with the exception of not having anyone to share the time with.

I’m really good at

As much as I backpack, mountain bike, and kayak, I do not consider myself good. I'm always learning more and getting better. Fixing and building things is one thing I have a natural knack for.

The first things people usually notice about me

I'm probably doing something stupid. People have said I have a nice smile.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

(A) Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy
(B) Monty Python/Holy Grail and Donnie Darko but I have a TON more favorites
(C) I like a lot of music, latest favs are Muse and The Bravery
(D) Mexican and Italian, but I like most everything. Not picky. I try most things. Indian food just recently got off the "will not eat" list.

The six things I could never do without

Friends and family is one of them. They're always there for me.

My puppy, Douglas. He keeps me company and makes sure every toy I give him is properly dismantled into as many pieces as he can rip it into.

I guess transportation would be on this list. Kinda need it to get to work and to travel on the weekends.

Women. They drive me insane and keep me sane at the same time.

Internets. I'm on here now aren't I?

Good Music, otherwise the world would just of horrible noise.

Comedy in it's many forms. People who know me know I value humor very highly. I like to make people laugh and I have no problem earning that laugh at my own expense.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

probably relationships and life in general. That is a pretty boring answer to a rather vague question. You will get much better answers to that by asking me in person at random times.

On a typical Friday night I am

Usually not at home. I'll be at a friend's house for the weekend or on a quick weekend trip somewhere. If it's far, I'll be on the road. If I do stay in the area, you'd find me at home listening to music, watching a movie, finding some trouble to get into for the next day.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm horrible at interior design. If my house looks good, it's because of someone else. There are several scars on my head. If I ever shaved my head, I would make something up and tell people I got them from fending off several black bears with a garden spade and crazy straws. In reality each one was from something pretty stupid on my part. They're good stories so I'll save them for the people that ask.
