My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have a wide open heart and playful, loving life energy. I enjoy hanging out with fellow passionate explorers -- people with big dreams that they follow with full-on bold commitment. I like to dive deep, rather than shallow, when getting to know people. Helping others is core to who I am. I'm brimming with innate curiosity. I'm especially jazzed by people who readily reveal their quirkiness. Makes life spicier -- and sweeter, too.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For my livelihood, I'm a leadership coach. I help professionals shape their career success. I developed a unique coaching approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit.

I love learning about life by jumping into experiences that stretch me.

I'm a still-flexible former gymnast turned yogini. Love moving my body. Freeform dance, without structure, is my favorite. It's a nice balance to the structure required to run my own business. I'm uplifted by a daily yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice. Into spontaneous hiking, biking, and cooking. I stoke the creative fires with improv acting classes and writing workshops.

I'm tactile and sensual. Into touch, massage, tastes, scents. Mmm. Fave getaway: Going to Esalen to relax in the hot tubs and listen to the ocean. I have lots of energy, and I also love relaxing and just being non-verbally attuned to my partner, too.

Lived in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Indonesia. Loved exploring Southeast Asia, the Mediterranean, and South America. It's definitely time for international adventures again - I've got frequent flyer miles to burn.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening. Being empathic and intuitive. Figuring things out. Teaching in innovative ways. Finding the positive. Being creative. Bringing out the best in others. Cooking meals with and for friends. Massage - giving and receiving...mmm. Enjoying sensuality. Kissing. Being spontaneous, playful, and silly. Laughing.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Enjoy science about the mind/body connection, with occasional jaunts into fiction, like Gone Girl.

Movies: All That Jazz, The Princess Bride, The King's Speech, Shawshank Redemption, Vicky Christina Barcelona, foreign films that have authentic or open-ended endings (not always "they lived happily ever after").

TV: What's that? Haven't had one in almost 15 years. Don't miss it at all.

Music: Tons! House, Jazz, Folk, Reggaeton. Can I dance or chill to it? Gotan Project, Thievery Corporation, Moby, Karsh Kale, Ravishankar, Lemongrass, Bluetech, Kiln.

Food: What's not to love? OK, I don't like soft-boiled eggs. Adore Thai, Vietnamese, Indian. Lots of spices. Variety.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

Relaxing, seeing friends, going to performances. Laughing. Exploring. Cooking.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

Hmm...I prefer to share those kinds of things face-to-face, thanks.
