Hello. I'm Scott, or Scotty. People also call me Scottage, Soot, Stitch, and You. When I was seven I climbed a mountain, where there was a temple, and in that temple, I fell into a pit, which took me underground into deep caverns of pure evil where I battled zombies and pirates to find the meaning of life. But then I really had to pee so I went home. I wasn't able to find that mountain ever again, until I was eight. But by that time they had replaced the temple with a McDonald's, which would have been great, except they started putting paper things on the frickin' ice cream cones.

I'm a musician, composer and novelist. My band is recording an album. Actually, the album is on hiatus now because composition makes me positive money, and making the album makes me negative money, and apparently you need money to do and eat things. So, working as a composer (mostly orchestra and jazz big band), which is awesome.

Writing, both words and music; playing music (bass, guitar, trumpet, trombone, tenor sax, french horn, violin, accordion, harmonica, and piano)...(and I recently finally learned how to make sound on a flute, and oboe). Making a point, running short distances, laughing at myself, helping my friends, understanding my crazy cat.
