My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
After more than 45 years of being me and raising 3 children, I've found the missing pieces to the puzzle of my childhood and arrested emotional development. I've been on a long road of recovery and discovery. I've loved previously but was not fully able to share myself or receive. Now I am. I've got nothing to hide and deserve to be loved. I have so much to give and am open to receive. No baggage or unreasonable expectations. I'm already fulfilled. I'd like to be cherished by someone else who has arrived and wants to collaborate and share both mundane and wondrous moments. : )
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am returning to my passion for using technology to contribute to bettering people's quality of life and ability to communicate by engaging in the startup community in SF Bay Area using social media.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
being the hostess with the mostest. I love to cook and eat! I'm incredibly resourceful and recognize what is missing in order to make a project, product, event or group dynamic work. I'm great at collaborating and coaching.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm short, busty, Jewish, from the East Coast, smart, funny, geeky and cuddly.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books: I like reading about the philosophy of software development and design. I've read everything by Chaim Potok. I enjoy much of Neil Gamen's books, both graphic novels and others. I'd love to discuss Jaren Lanier's You are not a Gadget manifesto.

Movies: Scott Pilgrim, KickAss, Brothers Bloom, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Stranger than Fiction, Brick, After Hours, Baby Its You, Me Natalie. Harold and Maude remains my all time favorite movie, perhaps because it portrays my philosophy and has helped to keep me going. I'll watch pretty much anything Woodie Allen directed, and anything John Cusack is in.

Music: Bob Dylan, Modest Mouse, Neutral Milk Hotel, Animal Collective, Beck, Radiohead, White Stripes, Owls, No Age, The National, Matt Sheehy, Minor Threat, The Beatles, Los Campesinos, Sun 0))), Nirvana, Arctic Monkeys, Dirty Projectors, Battles, Hella, Mountain Goats, Japandroids, Deerhunter (many of these are bands my son curates for me)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I can do without everything except loving my children...however, these things help alot, not necessarily in this order:
1. the Internet
2. my Android
3. GPS navigation apps
4. my children
5. my food scale
6. my Honda Fit
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
spirituality, technology, innovation, communication
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Wanting to have a relaxed evening with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I miss intimacy
