My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Having moved down to the city from NH a few years ago, I have enjoyed living in the urban environment, but I would like to find more.

Exploring all that the city has to offer and spending some good times with friends has been great. Sometimes the landscape architect in me gets the better of me. When out and about, I will often stop and critique design details in the landscape. I have been known to stop and check out bench heights and ergonomics, paving patterns, fence details, cool handrails, and the like. Some of my non-landscape architect friends have looked at me a bit strangely. I have no idea why!

I work hard during the week and do some volunteer work that keeps me busy, but finding someone to enjoy life with is one of my goals.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
While I am currently a landscape architect working out of an office in Brookline, I am a former preschool teacher and software trainer.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding misspelled words in pretty much anything. People give things to me for proofreading. For some reason, my eye immediately finds incorrectly spelled words in pretty much any document. It's just one of my hidden talents.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I often receive comments that I always have a smile on my face. Not in a "special" way, but just a friendly way. I tend to keep a positive attitude and look at the bright side of things, which impacts my overall outlook on life.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Good friends, technology, football season, some connection to the community, and two other elusive items that will eventually come to me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
There is no typical Friday night. At times, it is a quiet night at home. Other times, I am out with friends till early in the morning. Sometimes, I am heading out of town for a weekend away. If nothing else, my Friday nights generally fit my mood at the time.
