My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm in a relationship where we are *casually* looking for a third. We'd really like to meet and make friends and then we'd cross any other bridges if it ever got there. Our shared profile is CageTheCastles. =]

I'm a complete night owl. I live for late-night conversations.

I prefer taking most things day by day instead of making an entire life's plan.

The Pokemon Route 1 theme is known to be horribly whistled by me on a regular basis.

There is almost always a song stuck in my head!

I love to be outside and I'm a big fan of camping, exploring, etc., as well. The significant other, not as much. haha

Beer is amazing. There are so many different kinds and I love trying new ones! If you enjoy them, as well, maybe we could do a beer exchange or simply trade names of good ones!

If you like to fish and/or get your hands dirty from time to time, fantastic! Would love to find someone to go on adventures with.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
My profession is freelance audio engineer and as of now one of my jobs is an assistant engineer at a studio in the area. As of recently, I'm also studying to be a certified music teacher in NC/SC. I have my BS in Recording Arts and I very much plan on having a life in music.

When I'm not doing that, I'm trying to jump into music-related things as much as possible. So hey, if you're ever looking to write, collaborate, or record, you know where to find me! I love writing and would love to find somebody to write with.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
When it comes to music, I do write, play guitar, and sing. I feel I can hold my own, but I'd say whether or not I'm any good at it is entirely up to the listener, not me.

One thing I enjoy, as well as look for, is holding an actual conversation. The kind that can effortlessly go for any amount of time. Doesn't matter the subject.

I'm not too bad at cooking and am always looking for new recipes and challenges. My absolute favorite is breakfast (I got my personal chocolate/peanut butter pancakes and french toast recipes down perfect!), and I also cook a pretty mean scampi. Just keep me away from mushrooms and coconut and we'll be happy!

Making people smile and laugh is one of my favorite things in the world to do, and I am willing to do a lot for it. I'm a great talker but I'm also a very good listener and very straight forward.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'd like to think how I present myself. In a public setting there isn't a person on this Earth I'm not willing to strike up a conversation with and I'm a bit of an extrovert. Though when it's more one-on-one I calm down a bit.

Song currently stuck in my head: Tom Waits - Hold On

Music is a bit too much to list. haha Most people don't really read this part, anyways. If you'd like to know, just ask! For now, let's just say everything from Classical to Classic Rock. The only thing I'm not a fan of is music that panders to "What it is to be [insert genre here]."

My favorite movies include most things with Edward Norton or Will Smith. Fantasy/SciFi/Comic book movies. I also cry like a baby to movies like What Dreams May Come and Listen To Your Heart. On the other side of things, pretty much ANY good comedy and/or horror out there, and I will be sitting in front of it. I'm kind of a Netflix addict. Also a bit of a sucker for Disney movies. Watching Nightmare Before Christmas on Netflix as we speak. Up next is Rescuers Down Under... Don't judge me.

Shows include Doctor Who, Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, Bones, How I Met Your Mother, Avatar: The Last Airbender, 30 Rock, Sherlock, Arrested Development, Supernatural, Psych, White Collar, Monk, Scrubs, Burn Notice, Being Human, Eureka, IT Crowd, House, and a ton more. (Also starting to get back into animation. Everything from Fullmetal to DBZ to Pokemon. haha Something about it is just very drawing [no pun intended])

For food, Pizza, Cajun, and BBQ are pretty much staples in my diet. God, I really love BBQ. It is the key to my heart.

My childhood was lived through Harry Potter and the Redwall series. Getting really into Post-Apocalyptic and War books as of late.

Portal series
Bioshock series
Dead Space series
Mass Effect series
(Just recently got back into video games, if you have any recommendations, please let me know! =])
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Music, cooking, my friends, a good beer, my pets (a dog, a cat that's the spawn of Satan, and a hedgehog), and cuddling. Oh my dear sweet baby jesus, cuddling.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What I'm doing with certain parts of my life. I mean, I know what I'm doing as a career even though that can still be scary at times... but the rest of my life isn't quite set. Still not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either hanging out with friends at a bar we go to every week to catch up or binging on the newest releases from Netflix.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
You know that annoying voice that people use when they talk to their animals? Yeah, I do that... and I clean my hedgehog with a toothbrush.

Oh, and still like Gameboy games... but I don't think they're called Gameboys anymore. Is a DS still a Gameboy or is it its own thing? Genuinely curious about that. Pokemon has been an addiction since Red and Blue. And my laptop looks like a TARDIS. Take that as you will.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you acknowledge I'm in a relationship and are okay with that and interested in meeting us both.

If you'd genuinely like to exchange music and/or beer or even talk about either! =]

If you are looking to make new friends and enjoy conversation, even if it's just for the sake of conversation itself.
