My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am creative, adventuresome, eyes and heart (broke) open to the joy (and challenge) of being alive at this time on the planet, enjoying and being of service to life. Settling into Port Townsend after most of life in Seattle and Latin America, enjoying a wild and wonderful ride of creating community at the Port Townsend EcoVillage. I'm grateful for a healthy active body and spirit, for the gifts of a few close friendships and many evolved, inspiring people in my life, of songs and laughter shared freely. I'm spiritually nourished by wild nature and deeply connected to my beloved Cascadia home. I am the mother of two wonderful creative adult children, a songstress, savorer, sensual, spontaneous, kind, tender, genuine.

I seek balance: between work and play, silliness and seriousness, activity and quietude, solitude and companionship. I'm good at finding balance!

In relationship I'm looking for a healthy balance of autonomy and togetherness, differentiation and communion. I'm ready to meet in the middle, delight in the intimacy there, invite lightheartedness as well as tenderheartedness. Willing to stick in there with the communication through the bumpiness of our human imperfectness, drawing on NVC as a helpful tool. Let's both bring our best wisdom to the table and make a feast!

I am a language person (a wordee although not always wordy), fluent in Spanish (translator by profession), fairly able in French and Portuguese, fascinated by cultural essences.

I am also an em-bodied woman: dancer, Pilates practitioner, yogini, sucker for a good snuggle or massage, health-conscious, fit, active and outdoorsy.

A full life, but missing a lover, a partner, special someone to share it with.

My music world these days is mostly about meaningful and/or fun songs that are good for group singing, although I enjoy listening to an eclectic range of world, folk, roots, jazz. I don't watch TV, like indie meaningful movies. Love to cook and like food (and a man) that is healthy, local and spicy, ¡con sabor!
The six things I could never do without

Finishing building a house at the EcoVillage and what it will be like to live there
What fun delicious new songs I can learn and teach to my choir

No such thing as typical in my life now
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
