My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
You might as well get something useful from reading this profile:

"One must cure what cannot be endured and endure what cannot be cured."

Ok, I don't as guilty now for the following self-exculpation.

Completing Yoga teacher's training in the Spring!

I friends with pedestrians and some cyclists.

Humor is my metaphysics; laughter is truth; the body is a bow, the mind, an arrow, and the soul, the target.

LGBTTQQIAAP, loud and proud

I guess this can go here.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
What does a man love more than life?
Hate more than death or mortal strife?
That which contented men desire,
The poor have, the rich require,
The miser spends, the spendthrift saves,
And all men carry to their graves?
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Slowly dying.

Rhyming life with death

Avoiding mixing up your and you're. I.e., gravitas qua gravitas.

Being mostly vegan and strictly vegetarian for environmental and ethical reasons.

Yoga (slowly living living slowly).

Hysterically explaining the hipsterpocalypse to hipstercrits.

Btw, I put so many things not b/c I really care if you like what I do, but b/c I dislike enumerating "facts" about myself. So this is more of a copy-and-paste resource for myself than anything.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. An instrument
2. Non-human animals, particularly BIG dogs.
3. diffused light
4. descending bass lines
5. books ("That's not fair. There was time now!")
6. Yoga
7. breaking rules
8. borderline clichés ("the buck stops here")
9. Even numbers
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

my body and appetites, fitness and health

How to lead a happy, kind, and purpose driven life.

One of the stories or compositions working on but never finish; where do I end and others begin?

Genderism (i.e. Metaphysics)

the limitations (?) of scientific explanation

Digital ontology, the internet and the semanticization of being.

If we see through photographs to the depicted object itself. Are the real and depicted objects conflated in technologically produced images? What does it mean when I say, "I see my grandfather in his photograph"? Is this a serious or non-serious use of "see"? What does "seeing" entail as opposed to the brute capacity for vision entail? Do people with prosopagnosia still see faces even if they can't recognize them? Or is seeing as opposed to brute vision data+meaning? If we see through photographs to the objects that caused them, can we also see an organism through its fossil? How about an orgasm through its affect? In this context affect=effect, cool. Wait, the a priori notions of cause and effect are really just built off of a posteriori knowledge; can effect ever really mean more than affect?

Is the "individual" human being a stable/consistent sortal? If truth viz the conception of the individual-identity/self-identity-reflexive-sortal is merely a function of the endocrine system, what hope is there for agreeing on universal principles? Unalienable rights? Government? What is Just? What is freedom? What is war?

Is cultural relativism nihilism?

Is the author a useful or subjugating social construct/institution?
