Figuring out what I want to be when I grow up. Drinking lots of coffee on Sunday morning while I read the paper. Exploring Virginia wineries. Cooking more vegetables. Planning a trip to Croatia.

My penchant for cheesy 70s music. My inability to tell a short story (though I can write a complete policy paper in 1000 words or less).

Category worthy of a longer conversation. Picking a favorite book is impossible. I could probably narrow it down to 30 or so, if you let me count series as one title. I am most definitely opinionated on movies and TV and. More than happy to discuss those opinions, though you should know in advance that I'm always right. Music has always been a big part of my life (band geek and sometimes choir member). Besides meat, there isn't a lot I won't eat. I've been a vegetarian for well over a decade now, but it's more a health thing and less an animals shouldn't be eaten thing. I cook frequently, and am currently trying to learn how to cook Indian and Thai food at home without the help of those awesome little jarred sauces.

What to do with all the books I've acquired. I'm not ready to move to an e-reader just yet, but the bookcases, they are overflowing.

Trying to get out of the office "early" (read: on time) to do happy hour. Maybe dinner out with friends, or maybe home catching up on Daily Show episodes.
