My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Eventually, when sleep next escapes me, I may fix this.

I am a logician at heart. My interests are vast, but mainly they boil down to puzzles and stories. I am a bit of a dreamer, and have come to believe that in our irrelevance we are the most (maybe even the only) important parts in life.

I find that at times I am blunt to a point, while at others far too subtle. I also tend to be a bit scattered...

Some things I enjoy:
Board games,
That feeling you get after solving a difficult problem or puzzle.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I recently finished my Master's in Mathematics at Cal Poly Pomona, and am now applying for jobs and PhD programs.

Academic persuits aside, I am riding, and running. Eventually I want to run Ironman, but I will have to learn to swim better first.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being me.
More to the point, I am capable of doing most anything I put my mind and time to.
Making apparent non sequiturs.
Remembering random facts which should have been useless.
Finding new ways to procrastinate.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't read minds, and don't think I've ever asked anyone. Though I have been told my eyes and smile.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Assuming six non-essential things I would rather not do without:
1. Something new to learn
2. My friends (family included),
3. My computer (or phone) with Internet access,
4. A captivating story
5. Music
6. Good food
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life, the universe, and everything.
How things could be improved.
Solutions to problems I may or may not encounter.
Wondering what goes on in other people's minds.
Things I need to get done, and how I might accomplish them.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Same thing as every night, trying to take over the world. That or a multitude of other things such as working on math problems (usually number theory), chipping away at my netflix queue, reading, playing pool down at the local bar, or playing a video game.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Ask away.
