Love finding out who I am along the way. Still learning more each and every day. Endless discovery. It takes a lifetime to know oneself and I won't spoil it with a work of fiction in a paragraph.

I am incredibly authentic, passionate, human and full of flaws and fabulouness, highly creative, always learning, colourful, adaptable and a bit of a free spirit......inquisitive, book wormish, energetic and athletic, yogic, empathetic, sensitive, enthusiastic, impatient (gasp!) romantic, a survivor, kind of nerdy......and running out of adjectives.

This journey called life......it's better shared.

Someone wise once said that it is not about the learning in life....but the unlearning. Hmmmmm, That ought to keep me busy for quite sometime.

Meanwhile, I climb mountains, hike away many a day, walk miles barefoot by the sea, practice and teach yoga, dream a lot, paint, drink endless cups of tea, read prolifically, think about writing that book, paint some more, sing too loudly, bore and embarrass my children ( sometimes simultaneously ) wish upon a star, love people, travel far and wide, cycle through France (ha, with the basket in front, nothing tour de france-y) ski around Europe, try to figure out what it's all about, never stop wondering.

I still believe the wish will come true. As terrifically corny as it may sound, I do believe life is about enriching other lives, kindness first and making a difference.

Music taste too eclectic...once made my great friends ill on a long journey up the mountains. I thought it was the altitude, they confessed it was my bizarre ipod mix. So, not everyone has to love Gloria Estefan and Celine Dion.

I watch no telly but sometimes watch the DVD serials like Downtown Abbey, House and the one with McDreamy when my kids are bored with me on holidays...which is always.

Food
Can someone French please whisk me away and feed me forever more, or Italian, or Californian...or heck any great cook with fresh ingredients will do! Not picky but not a meat eater.
