My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
How many people can say that their profession is also their passion? I am one of those lucky people. I’ve been fascinated by the image as a storyteller since childhood and have had a camera in my hands ever since.

As a filmmaker, you can probably guess that I have a tremendous interest in the arts! I love visiting all the DC area museums. I have a strong interest in African American history and enjoy going to the Blacks in Wax Museum in Baltimore. I am an avid supporter of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). I love to drive and taking road trips. I love tennis and racquetball and although I also like pool, I could use a strategy lesson. Oh, and bowling is always fun, even with my 100 score average.

I am Christian, filmmaker, and photographer
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I teach film and video production and have my own production company that also helps others tell their stories through media.

I like most types of music, especially “oldiesR&B, mostly from the 70’s, 80’s, and early 90’s (I'm probably the biggest Anita Baker fan on the East coast!). I love bookstores and can get lost in them for hours. Of course, I’m always up for a movie (I’m a sucker for romantic comedies). Have you ever sat outside on a blanket and caught a free outdoor screening? It’s fun.

I also love to watch classic television (Nik @ Nite, TVLand anyone?) such as The Cosby Show and Three's Company, and legal dramas (I'm a huge Law and Order fan).
The six things I could never do without
