My self-summary
Hello Lovely People~

I see you want to know about me. Well, I'm a quirky artist and grammar nazi who bonds with people by doodling (however strange that may sound). I love writing, exploring new places, expressing my inner child (come roll down a hill with me!), bouncing around to music (I call it dancing), drawing animals, swimming, watching and critiquing movies, outdoor things that aren't necessarily sports (forest walks, playground hunting, climbing trees, etc), reading, singing, making fun of onions, chasing quail, poking anemones, putting little parasols in my food, and a variety of other things. I have bits of nerdiness swimming around my personality, so sometimes I must spontaneously marathon a new anime or write fanfiction for a series that was once my obsession (also, if you grew up watching and loving Teen Titans then we are friends). I enjoy meeting people like me, so please say hi if we have things in common. ^^

I love all things relating to personality. I am an INFP and a type 4w5. Feel free to tell me what you are. :)

As for people I'm looking for ... I'm generally drawn more toward creative souls who love art forms and nature, although I can get along with most people. I'm pretty introverted in the sense that I need large amounts of alone time, but often I come across as very outgoing (probably because everything amuses me, so I'm generally just happy). Or if I'm uncomfortable, I'm painfully quiet. It really depends on who I'm around. I'm not really a drinker or drug user; I prefer to get high on life. Parties don't really suit me well either. I love other quirky people who find amusement in the smallest things. In a relationship, I'd like someone who'll frolic with me on random adventures, have art sessions and spontaneous one-on-one dance parties with me, then stay up late talking about profound subjects while giving massages and staring at candles. I also would like someone who is honest about their feelings, sensitive, creative, and spontaneous. I only go into relationships if I think it will last, and I have to be good friends with the person before any of that happens.

If you love amusement parks and crazy roller coasters that is also a big plus. :D

Sexuality intrigues me. I don't know if it's right to call myself bisexual, but I don't believe I'm 100% straight either.
What I’m doing with my life
My dream since I was four has been to become a children's book author/illustrator ... which is amusing considering I'm not a big fan of small children. I just find many illustrations so beautiful and inspiring that I want to make my own. Although I got myself an internship animating and illustrating for children's books apps, which was incredibly fun, it ended recently and I'm not sure that form of animation is what I want to pursue. I suppose I'll have to think more about that. ^^

At this moment, I'm working at Jamba Juice and doing overnight petsits for people with houses far more beautiful than mine. You may consider these just jobs to pay the bills, but I love them both. :)
I’m really good at
Showering the people I love with random homemade gifts. :D If I really like you, you'll probably get a TON of drawings from me, and if you're lucky I might write you an 11 page essay on why I like you (this has been known to happen).

Annnnd ... I'm quite good at drawing animals, overusing emoticons when I'm typing, correcting English papers, writing in general, listening to people when they need a ranting pillow (hint: I am the ranting pillow), procrastinating, making terrible jokes involving the consumption of babies ... and I'm also very good at sneaking into fancy hotels to ride the windowed elevators up and down. What else ... remembering where all the friendly cats live in town. Yup, I'm really good at that.

I can also tell you what element your hand is ... ask me, I love doing it. :3
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: I devour books as if they were otter pops. Generally fantasy novels with animals are my favorites, but I have a fondness for heart-wrenching stories as well. I love David Clement-Davies, JK Rowling, Suzanne Collins, Philip Pullman, Tess Gerritsen, David Sedaris, and so many more that I can't think of right now. I also have an ongoing collection of children's books, specifically ones with beautiful illustrations. Anne of Green Gables is probably my favorite book.
Movies: I love animated movies (Disney night, anyone?), psychological thrillers, animal documentaries, and watching horror movies late at night with a friend. I hate 99% of romantic comedies. Some of my favorites are Pan's Labyrinth, Paranorman, Coraline, Tangled, Garden State, Toy Story 3, The Secret of Kells, Titanic, Scott Pilgrim VS The World, The Orphanage, Bolt, Triangle, Perks of Being a Wallflower, All Dogs Go To Heaven, and How to Train your Dragon. I also find it amusing that 1/5 of the movies listed above are romantic comedies.
Music: Dance, symphonic rock, and Celtic are my favorite genres. I don't like rap or jazz much. I love Lindsey Stirling, Pentatonix, Crooked Still, Owl City, Within Temptation, Breaking Benjamin, Jeff Johnson & Brian Dunning, Enya, and whatever I can get my hands on to chipmunk. >w> I love violins and Celtic flutes more than one should really love instruments.
Food: Cheese is god. Sour cream is love. And I love meat too much to ever be a vegetarian.

-not necessarily in order-
On a typical Friday night I am
Probably in my house drawing, reading, or doing something awesome with my roommate like playing pokemon cards. :D

I might be out searching for a new playground to love, or calling for friendly kitties as well. :3 And I always enjoy watching random movies with friends, especially horror movies late at night with the lights off. XD Not big on parties if you can't tell. >w>
I’m looking for
  • Guys and girls who like bi girls
  • Ages 18–26
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating
You should message me if
... you think we would work as friends or you feel like doodling with someone. :) I admit that I reply very selectively (and I will most likely reply only to people who live on the west coast), so please don't take it personally if I don't respond. Also, I do NOT reply to generic messages. A real conversation does not start with 'lol whatsup.'

If you're just looking for sex, you won't find it. :P

One more thing. I am only interested in people within 5 years of my age, even on a friend level. It's getting obnoxious being contacted by men in their 40s and 50s ... if you're old enough to be my father, there's no way in hell I would date you.
