My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Born and raised in the DC area, so I'm used to the crazy weather and horrible traffic. On the plus side, we have some great places to visit and fun things to do.

Outside of chilling with my friends, and hanging out around the cool spots in the area, I like to hit the gym, read, see some Orioles games, play some basketball, or go mountain biking. Sometimes see a movie if there's a good one out.

Hoping to meet some cool people on here whom I haven't yet had a chance to meet.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work for a financial company. Outside of that I just go around being awesome.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Basketball, making omelettes. Cooking. Discussing the history of ideas.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books: The Duel, Antifragile, The Black Swan, Calvin and Hobbes (considered a book right?), cheap thrillers or mysteries.

Next up on my reading list: The Islam Quintet series by Tariq Ali.

I'm a huge EconTalk fan.

I regularly read Glenn Greenwald, Reason, EconLog, Volokh Conspiracy (from way back before it appeared in the Washington Post).

Movies: Gran Torino, Batman (I shouldn't even need to mention which ones are good and which are horrible), The Patriot, Multiplicity, some foreign films

Shows: Law and Order, any random thing they put on the History Channel, Investigation Discovery, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, The Fall on BBC was great.

Music: classic rock, rock, sometimes other stuff on occasion.

Food: all types. Peruvian food is pretty good, Mediterranean food, Thai. I could always go for a good cheeseburger.

Sleeping, seeing a movie, playing cards, sometimes basketball, it really depends on how rough the week has been. haha
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
