My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I’m going to try something new here. It’s a little radical for online dating, so bear with me. I’m going to be honest. It is the nature of life to constantly be in flux, and as people we are no exception. Most of our difficulties come from resisting this change, resisting the inevitable. I have been trying to lean into it lately, and follow my path. Whatever that may mean.

Since moving to British Columbia, I have immersed myself in nature, become a serious hiker and done some great overnight hikes. There is no feeling quite like reaching the end of a challenging hike, standing atop a mountain and staring out over a vast landscape. I hike or camp every weekend and would love to meet someone with a similar passion for the outdoors.

I’m a scientist at heart, always wondering, always questioning. Concepts and ideas are the crux of life. I’m looking to meet people who are not afraid to think outside of the social “norms” that western society has imposed on us. People willing to have discussions that extend beyond the surface experiences of everyday life.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working my 9-5, daydreaming about mountains, studying for my next exam
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Playing piano- I've played for many years and try to keep it up whenever I have time. There are few things more rewarding than creating music.

Math. The language of the Universe. I really enjoy working with numbers.
The first things people usually notice about me

My sense of humour (or apparent lack?). Deadpan sarcasm is hard to detect when you first meet someone.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The Ocean
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The universe and my place in it (or lack thereof).

If time travel is possible, and if so when I would go.

Appreciating the fact that I am alive.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out at a friend's place or at a pub. Though a night in watching movies is always enjoyable.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a Leafs fan. I think the associated embarrassment level has peaked this past season.
