As a little kid inspired by the famous web crawler, I was clinging, jumping and climbing off buildings. I was doing parkour stuff even before knowing what that word meant. (Hipster talk).
Worried neighbours would come and complain to my Dad about my shenanigans. He would later warn me to be careful, but never stopped me. And thankfully I never broke any bones.
Though film making is my current aspiration, as a kid being a detective was one of my dream professions (among many others). And Scotland Yard always fascinated me.
Reading too many novels of The Three Investigators, Famous Five and The Secret Seven will do that to you. Eventually it led me to create our own detective club with my friends. Interesting criminal cases were too sparse, but I was always scouring whatever local anomalies I could find, including trespassing into abandoned houses which were rumoured to be haunted due to fatalities that took place in the past.
Later on I was disappointed when I found out that some actual local detective agencies get hired mostly to do background checks on people who are about to get married.
Space travel is my ultimate trip, but for now I am gearing towards skydiving within the next two years, hopefully during my US visit in 2015. That will be a whole new height for me.
