My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Okay I like argyle, I hope you can deal with it. Ready to go out there and meet new peeps. I am pretty easy going, a little quirky at times when I'm not on the clock. A reliable friend, trying to be the cool spoiling uncle, and trying to make the most of my time now when I'm not napping.
FYI- Napping is a gift from the gods, keeps you young and refreshed... or maybe it's just because I am Asian, who knows.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Finally back in Southern California where I belong with the dream job I always wanted, Kaiser Optometrist. Just trying to make the most of my free time when not working, visiting the fam, working out almost 5 times a week. Seeing old friends in either downtown LA or the OC.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Breaking awkward silences even though I enjoy them, justifying bad behavior with rational excuses. Kicking up the raunchiness level when appropriate of course. Cooking, tennis, volleyball, basketball and of course ocular disease.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My height, my propensity for wearing argyle, and my lack of facial hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books- The alchemist, the richest man in babylon, and tuesdays with morrie.
Movies- movies by Nolan, Fincher, Abrams all good. I follow directors not actors, sorry.
Shows- The walking dead, top chef, Game of thrones, Bones
Food- Pasta(even though its counterproductive to my fitness), sushi, and dinosaur ribs from Joey's BBQ.
Music- Camera Obscura, British Sea Power, Arcade Fire, Army Navy, Metric, Low vs Diamond, The Decemberists
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. French Onion Soup
2. Wordfeud
3. Q-tips
4. Truffle mac n' cheese
5. Argyle
6. Family&Friends (it's really #1 but thought I would do it for dramatic effect)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What the hell I am going to do today and fit all the stuff I want to do in it. I think I spend more time writing stuff down than actually thinking about it or else I would forget everything.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Trying to find new foodie places to eat in L.A, on the lookout for new bands if I like them I might go and travel to actually see them. So many buddies from optometry school, every other week is someones bday, wedding, or housewarming.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I watched Freddy vs Jason and paid money for it... I will never get those 2 hours of my life back that were wasted.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You don't take yourself too seriously.
Have an open mind.
Can paint the town red on a Saturday night but be able to shut all things down on Sunday and be lazy as hell.
Please have a sense of humor, and patience especially when I make horrible jokes.
