I just started a new job in my field (FINALLY) about a month ago so right now I'm just learning my tasks and trying to get a good handle on everything. I'm thinking about going back to school for my Master's degree but I have to research a little before I jump into that. I'd like to get comfortable in my new position first.

I've always had a knack for writing, especially with formal documents. I guess that's a good skill to have in my profession so I got lucky there. I'm not exactly a social butterfly, but I think I am pretty good at making everyone feel comfortable in social situations like a party or group gathering where not everyone knows everyone else. If someone looks like they feel left out, I'll be the first to go over and talk to them to make them feel a part of the group. I guess I should add that I'm kind of super competitive when playing games so you don't want to test your air hockey skills with me ha you won't win =-P

I'm short....and I smile a lot. I'm in a good mood 99.2% of the time so you will more than likely always catch me on a good day. Even if I'm feeling a little blah you won't ever know unless you REALLY know me (and I'll be the first to admit that I'm kind of hard to REALLY get to know which is one of my major flaws that you'll discover if you decide to reach out to me). Hey I'm honest and I tell it like it is. Oops I should have included that I'm honest in my "really good" section up there but I just said it here so there you go.

Books: I'm currently finishing "The Book of Awesome". I recommend it to anyone who needs to destressify their life. I don't know if destressify is a word but if it isn't I'm calling Webster right now because I think it should be. Anywho, other than that I read the newspaper comics daily if that counts.

Movies: I don't have a "favorite" movie of all time. I enjoy romantic comedies and comedies the most. I CAN NOT watch Twilight/Harry Potter/Anything else sci-fi or fantasy besides Back to the Future. Sorry but sci-fi/fantasy is not for me. I have tried to watch horror movies in the past and um I could watch them if you forced me to but I'd just close my eyes the whole time.

Shows: I'm currently in the middle of a Simpsons marathon. I'm up to season 9 "Woo-hoo!" I am keeping up with The Big Bang Theory and I was secretly addicted to iCarly while it was on the air (I'm a kid at heart). I'm thinking about cancelling my cable because I don't watch anything else airing on tv nowadays. I am fine with the dvd collection of tv shows I already have.

Food: I'm picky with food. I don't eat seafood and I've never had bacon. American and Italian cuisine is pretty much all you'll see me eat.

My sister isn't a "thing" but she's the only "thing" I can think of right now that I couldn't live without. Other than her, "I've got everything I need right here with me; I've got air in my lungs and a few blank sheets of paper...." Uhh I get carried away with quoting stuff sorry. Kudos to you if you know what that line is from =-P

I am usually in on Fridays relaxing from the work week, but I do occasionally go to play bar trivia. I'm not much of a drinker but I feel smart when I know an answer ha so that's how I get my "buzz." Saturday nights are my party nights....and by "party nights" I mean hanging out with a few friends getting something to eat and doing something random. I'm not much of a party girl =-/
