Hey there, thank you for your time. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH. Just celebrated my third anniversary of NYC living. Moved here after receiving my MFA in classical acting from The Alabama Shakespeare Festival.
I'm always up for a great conversation but since this was originally designed as a dating site (rather than just a test-taking one) if you're local and still interested after we've done some of that then what's to stop us meeting? Never understood the stigma against online dating: how well did you really know that last guy to whom you gave your number?
I'm basically The Anti-"Situation" ("The Please Disperse!" perhaps?): no abs, pale, no one night stands, don't drink, have a real job, don't fight, rarely use a comb, unshaven, no cologne, knowledgeable, charming, witty, sweet, intentionally funny and I try to find some depth and meaning with any woman I might connect with.
Essentially, I'm as interested in touching the parts of you which are human as those which make you female.
I think beauty comes in innumerable forms and shades although I admit a personal weakness for "Sexeh librarian" style (i.e. you rock glasses- but not those humongous ironic ones. Really, girls of Brooklyn, those weren't sexy in the 80's either, please just stop that fad). So self-described nerd-ette, apply here.
All about the arts especially film, literature and music of all genres (currently still obsessed with Irish singer-songwriting genius Damien Rice (see my pics), Okkervil River alt popsters Rilo Kiley) and I'd love to see you name a more poetic lyricist than John Darnielle of The Mountain Goats but, sadly, he's appears largely unknown. In addition to acting and directing, I write and sing songs and play guitar and just got a good mic so I'll put some of 'em up on MySpace soon.
I'm several years past 30 but A) No one ever believes me. B) Way too many on this site seem to search by a very limited age range so I hope to at least get a proper chance first and perhaps even cause them to allow for the possibility of an exception (stop and really think about it girls: aren't most all of those movie/rock stars you love older than their 20's?).
I am chock-full, buttery, and goodness
