Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Looking for a real, committed, long term relationship that could
lead to marriage.
I am a nice, caring, compassionate, sincere, honest and generous
guy. At least I have convinced myself of that. I truly value people
and relationships. I am a loyal friend and will go out of my way to
help someone, including strangers. I have been very fortunate in my
life, and I believe it is my duty to pass this on when the
opportunity arises. I always strive to be the best I can. However,
I can say with some level of confidence that I have also been
blessed with many flaws. Since I am a problem solver, I stay busy
trying to improve myself. I live outside the box, and I only
occasionally visit the box to see what others are up to. I am also
an open book. If you don't want to know something, don't ask.
Finally, I am a very good communicator. I tend to speak my mind. I
will always let you know where I stand. I don't play games when it
comes to someone's feelings. If you do, we are not a match. I try
and live by the Golden Rule and look for the same in others.
I enjoy most things outdoors, including walking my dog, the lake,
boating, swimming, camping, the beach, fishing, hunting, etc. I
also enjoy grilling, smoking (meat) and hosting cookouts. I am also
hooked on speed, and I don't mean the pill. My hobbies include
racing cars. I find that physical labor helps clear my head. I have
been told I have a quick wit, I'm funny and fun to be around. I am
young at heart and and this is reflected in my approach to life. I
am fairly active and am always looking for a new adventure. Passion
will always be an essential part of my relationship. If you would
prefer to go shopping, then we are not a match. I am looking for my
"happily ever after" with an edge.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Having resolved nearly all my personal issues, and as I near
perfection, I realize that I need to set higher goals for myself.
That being said, I have decided to solve all the major mysteries of
the universe. So far, I can confirm that global warming is
occuring, but I had nothing to do with it; that there is no big
foot; that the legendary "giant squid" is only a really, really,
really big normal size squid; that the G-spot exists and I've seen
it (sorry if this is in bad taste); that a black hole has no
substance; that time travel is possible, but for you it is too
late; that evolution began at the moment of creation (thanks time
travel); and.... drum roll please.... the ideal job is working at
the weather channel where you get paid to be wrong more than you
Everything I said in here is true, except the part about me nearing
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Not really enough space here! :^) Instead, let me list all my
weaknesses.... humility. That should cover it.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My quick wit. And if they don't see it right away, I point it out
to them. If they still don't see it, I call the coroner. You would
have to be dead to miss it.

Books: Who Moved My Cheese? If you haven't read it, you should.
Recently finished the 50 Shades trilogy just to see what all the
talk is about. Let's discuss. Also just finished Killing Lincoln
and now reading Killing Kennedy. It is amazing how many mistresses
JFK had and it was all kept secret. Clinton had one little episode
with a cigar and a blue dress and it is all over the press. It
serves him right. Movies: Just funny: Caddy Shack, Sixteen Candles.
Horrible Bosses 1 and 2; Sad Funny, as in really true: Idiocracy.
If you haven't seen it, you should. We are headed in that
direction. TV: NCIS, Goldrush, Deadliest Catch, 24, Tyrant, Down
Below, Southern Charm, Vanderpump Rules, Shark Week, etc. Food:
anything cooked outside by me, and I'm pretty good at it, but of
course you would already know that if you read the two sections
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Courtesy. I try to treat others as I would want to be treated. Like
getting out of the left lane to let a faster car pass (one of my
pet peaves). Why is this on my mind? I guess because it is not as
prevalent as I would like. There used to be something called
"common courtesy", like "common sense". Unfortunately, neither are
as common as they once were. I am happy to elaborate on both, or
you can pick up one of my much celebrated "Derriere" guides: "How
to Avoid Being a Dumba$$" or "How to Avoid Being an A$$hole" soon
to be found at an ebook store near you.
Update: Where to find an explanation for things on OKC. Like when
your answer is in red next to their answer, does that mean your
answer was unnacceptable to them and if their answer is in red,
does that mean it was un nacceptable to me? What are the "Friend"
and "Enemy" ratings? If it is a high enemy number and we meet on
the street, does that mean we will fight to the DEATH????? If the
Friend rating is high, does that put you in the Friendzone killing
any chance of romance? Things to ponder.
Another update: That illusive concept called "chemistry" that is so
important to one's success on this site.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Previous answer: Winding down after the work week and planning my
weekend, then hopefully meeting friends for dinner. Now my
attention is directed to solving more mysteries of the universe. If
you have any particular ones that annoy you, let me know and I will
put them on the list.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The size of my..... wait, get your mind out of the gutter. I was
going to say my lot for my house. It is 1.018 acres. Of course,
that's public record. I'm not willing to admit anything really
private on here!!! Ok, one more thing, and this really is
humiliating. I watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and
Orange County. Guilty as charged, but those people are so screwed
up, they can make anyone feel better about themselves!!!! They are
great to discuss.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are looking for a long term, committed relationship as both
friends AND lovers. If you understand that a successful
relationship is a two way street and you are willing to put as much
into it as you are hoping to get out of it. Please don't if you are
a player, serial dater or aren't serious about a potential
relationship. Please do if you are looking for that story book
ending and the story contains some "X" rated parts.
