My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am an improviser.
I believe that truly listening to someone and trying to understand where they are coming from is the greatest thing anyone can do for someone else.
Life can be such an amazing adventure, from the little moments like having a kitty cuddle you, to making a fool of yourself on stage, or jumping in a lake at 3 AM.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a job I enjoy and have a lot of opportunity to grow in.
I have a passion, improvisation, that I am pursuing and where I spend a lot of my time. The theaters where I do this have provided me with a place to explore this art and with a family in Seattle (and a softball team).
I'm looking for new adventures and experiences. I write and read a lot.
All in all, I have to say that I enjoy my life and that I'm happy.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- Listening
- Being loyal
- Understanding myself without taking myself seriously.
- Saying yes.
- Having really weird and wonderful things happen to me.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
- My glasses.
- My good nature.
- My speech.
- That I'm polite and treat everyone like a human being.
- That I remind them of either Peter Lorre or Rowan Atkinson.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books: There's a lot but, I really like books by Gary Jennings (Aztec, The Journeyer, Raptor), Douglas Adams (the entire Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series), Joseph Campbell (Almost everything he's written), Michael Crichton (Jurassic Park and Sphere). I've gone through Tom Clancy, Dean Koontz, and Batman phases.

Movies - (in no particular order) Beauty and the Beast, The King's Speech, Moonrise Kingdom, anything Film Noir or Hitchcock, Immortal Beloved, the Rocky Horror Picture Show, Dr Strangelove, Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Up, Wall-E.

Shows - I don't have cable so I'm always catching up on shows. But: House, Mad Men, The Big Bang Theory, Black Books, Ducktales, Boston Legal.

Music: Queen, Billy Joel, Frank Sinatra, 60s to 90s rock, classical and opera, Jethro Tull. And I've been on a big Beethoven roll lately.

Food: If it's good I'll try it.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- Friends and family,
- Something good to read,
- A smile,
- Improv,
- Hugs,
- And the teddy bear I've had since I was 1 day old.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Improv and theater.
Completely random things.
New adventures.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Watching or being part of a show.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That people can still really, really confuse me.

And that, deep inside, think that puns can be really funny.
