I'm trying to learn how to make really good sushi. My challenge to myself is within 3 months to have the best sushi chef in Japan fly over here and ask me to take over the family restaurant instead of his son. So far - it's not looking likely.
Culturally I like to go to galleries when I can. I'm a member at the tate and definitely get my moneys worth. I buy more books than I can read, so I am currently trying to use them to build a fort. Besides, the pillows weren't very stable.
